A: This fan is designed to be used in an upright position.However, it can be adjusted to various different angles to direct airflow, including 90˚ angle.

Q: Why does the title of this product say it is a 7 inch fan but the specs claim it has 9 inch diameter blades? that doesn't make sense, which is it. Also, what is the power (watts/amps)?
