    I experimented with your millet bec I was eliminating potatoes/rice/wheat corn from my diet at 70yrs of age. Wow! This grain Pops! It it hearty, a soft fragrance, lovely texture and the variety of cuisine options is unlimited! Millet opened my 🌎! I like it cooked in water and then mixed with fruit yogurt: Millet - 100 g Water - 250 g (yes, grams, not ml) Fruit yogurt - 150 g Rinse millet with hot water, drain, add water, simmer covered 20-25 minutes. Water should evaporate - if it didn't - drain it. Add yogurt and stir. It's to die for! That good!

    Great alternative for breakfast. Chewy but tasty. I cook frozen blueberries into a semi-sauce and add to the millet for breakfast. Fast, easy and no added sugar needed. Can be refrigerated and reheated as needed.

    The millet tastes good; it has a mild flavor similar to brown rice and corn. When I first cooked the millet, I followed the stovestop instructions on the bag, and used 2 cups of water and 1 cup of millet. It turned out kind of dry that time. Later I tried different ratios of water to millet. Now I cooked this type of millet with a ratio of 3 parts water to 1 part millet, and I simmer (covered) for more time (until the water is absorbed). I like it better when it's cooked with more water. I use it like brown rice.

    I never had this before and finding a way to fix it is a challeng. I cooked it according to the recipe on the package but was too crunchy to suit me. So tried pressure cooker and was better. Very bland.
