Charlotte’s getting returned. I spend more time tracking down this vacuum and digging it out from under furniture than it actually does cleaning. Last week, in a 15 minute period, it wedged itself under the entertainment center 4 separate times - I even carried it to a separate room and it immediately went back. It also seems to only suck up about half of the pet hair it runs over. The rest is compiled into a nasty little dust bunny that it deposits at the edges of rugs.

I am enjoying my vacuum and would recommend it, especially for the low price! It runs for 2 hours and then finds its way home for charging. Using it daily keeps my floors looking clean. I have long hair that I often have to vacuum up! This does it for me!

Already doesn’t work right out of the box. It keeps saying there are edges so it stops even though it’s on flat ground in a bright, open room. Will be calling for a replacement or flat out returning (whatever is easier).

This thing just constantly gets lost around my house. Never learns the layout, can barely go over the flattest rugs I have in my home, let alone power cords. It can't even find it's way back to the docking station to charge. I'll be returning
