Q: Does this have a mapping feature? and if so, can no-go zones be defined? can rooms be split?

A: Unfortunately, it doesn't have a mapping feature, which would require a more advanced configuration such as a gyroscope or laser to achieve. However, it can be set via app/voice for features such as 4 cleaning modes and 2 suction powers, which makes it a good choice for a standard sweeping robot.

Q: how does this product adjust height from LVP to an area rug? Does the unit use wet for LVP and dry vacuum for rugs?

A: The robot vacuum will test to see if the mop holder is installed. If fitted, the robot uses a wet vacuum to clean the LVP and automatically avoids the carpet; if not fitted, it cleans both the LVP and the carpet - when it encounters the carpet it automatically pressurizes and climbs up the carpet (overrun height 15mm)

i LOVE that it has no rollers - I LOVE that it's easy to pick up hair & small stuff - I LOVE that it has a very long battery life - I LOVE that it goes back to it's dock to recharge by itself I WISH the suction was stronger - I WISH the dustbin was bigger by forgoing the mopping feature bc mopping features on robot vacuums are a joke & shouldn't be a feature at all All in all this is my 2nd unit of this robot vacuum bc my other one finally bit the dust and & i had to trash it and replace it w/this new one

This device has a pretty powerful suction and smart cleaning technology. I tested it's suction through multiple surfaces and it it performing well. We have a beagle who is shedding a lot and the robot is able to collect all of her hair at once.

This robotic vacuum is so convenient. I can do other chores while it picks up dirt for me. It cleans a few rooms before the tank needs to be emptied. Operations through the app and remote make it super easy to start, change cleaning options and charge on the base. Battery life isn’t an issue because it always returns to charge.

Hi highly recommend this robot vacuum/mop combo if you're in the market for multiple reasons: 1. It's more affordable than the name brands 2. It has great battery life and sunction power 3. It does not frequently get stuck!!! #3 is huge for me as I've had plenty of these in the past, including major name brands, and always feel that I have to babysit the vacuum as it works assuming it's going to get stuck quickly and need assistance. This completely defeats the purpose. So far, I've been very pleased with this products ability to navigate my house without issue. While it may not always make it back to the charger at the end of a cycle, it consistently cleans and runs seamlessly for 60+ minutes which is good enough for me!

This is a very decent robot vacuum/mop. It gets tiring constantly sweeping and mopping and with this, I don’t have to worry about breaking my back anymore. I love that you have a remote and you can utilize the app to set for a scheduled cleaning routine or just start it randomly. I don’t really have carpet downstairs, so I can’t verify how it does on them. And I have dogs, but they shed very little, so for me, I don’t have to worry about it getting clogged with hair fast.

We have had this for a week and it works so well on our hard floors. We don't have carpet, so can't speak to that. You do have to fill the water container after each vacuum/mop cycle if you want it to mop everytime, but not a problem doing so. Our floors stay shiny everyday now as we have 3 pets and keeps the fur under control. Very easy to control by cell phone or remote control！
