Following the instructions its a bit too sweet for me but taste great reminds me of Starbucks for the price it is expensive side I just started so I’m not sure if it help with milk supply but it is nice sweet drink

I think this drink tastes really good! A little sweet treat. I steam some milk and blend it well. I noticed my morning supply is a little more after only 4 days of drinking this too! It’s just too pricey. $70 for a month?!

This tastes great and helped to double my milk supply. I went from producing 10 oz a day to 20 oz. I didn't see results though until I was about halfway through the packet.

Previous batch of the vanilla chai was the best flavor and since they sold out I jumped on buying a big supply when they came back in stock. This round unfortunately has been bitter. Last round I was immediately postpartum and I thought it might have helped my supply some but this round the taste limits how often I can drink it so it's hard to tell it's effect yet. That all being said Bodily's customer service is terrific and immediately reached out and made it right. I will definitely maintain my brand loyalty but maybe will buy one bag at a time next time to see if the batch is palatable. I also bought three of their stage 1 bras and they're my favorite nursing/pumping bra so as a whole I'm a loyal bodily subscriber despite this experience!

Mom of 2 and this is the best lactation product I've ever used!! I put a scoop in my coffee every morning to help keep my supply up when I'm pumping at work. It tastes amazing, too.

I notice a huge difference in milk supply for the day if I drink this in the morning! I put it in my coffee and feel much fuller for every feed throughout the day, and on days I forget to drink it I feel like my supply isn't as strong

Absolutely delicious! I mix with raw cacao powder since the cacao flavor has been sold out for quite a while now. I do, however, adjust the serving size, as the suggested 2.5 tablespoons is A LOT. I find that just 1 teaspoon of the lactation latte with 1 teaspoon of cacao powder and 8 floz of water/milk is the right ratio for me.

Not going to lie, I was highly skeptical of this product and its reviews about it increasing milk supply but I have to say its worked wonders on my supply. I'm a 'just enougher' when it comes to feeding and pumping but when I use this product I produce an extra 1-2oz AFTER breastfeeding my litte one. Prior to using this when I would pump after she ate I would only get around 0.5 oz (which is totally normal) but now its around 1.5-2oz per breast.

Very tasty! I've had it mixed into coffee and chai so far. I enjoy halving the recommended serving amount and mixing 1.25 tbsp into each mug of liquid so that the mix-ins aren't overwhelming. I also noticed it dissolves/incorporated better with hot liquid than cold, so if I'm making an iced beverage I heat a small amount of whatever I'm drinking so that I can whisk in the powder.

The lactation latte products, both the spiced vanilla and the crema are SO GOOD! I mix it in a cup of decaf coffee or even just water. There has been a noticeable improvement in my milk supply after only a few days of consuming this. Amazing product!

Bought this to help boost my supply and I have noticed an increase when I pump since I've started taking it. The taste overall is pretty good - the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the coconut flavor, which is a little strong for me personally and not my favorite. But I've gotten used to it and it blends really nicely into my morning coffee. I'll be repurchasing.

Mixed with hot almond milk as directed. Couldn't get the powder to fully dissolve. Felt nauseous for hours after drinking. Did not see a difference in supply.
