A: It says on the box only one a day. Not sure why the brand rep references the lactation tea which is a different product

A: Good Afternoon, the Munchkin Milkmakers Lactation Drink Mix Supplement should be avoided while pregnant as it contains Fenugreek. However, we now have a new Milkmakers® Prenatal Drink Mix (Free of Fenugreek) that can be consumed while pregnant.

Taste amazing!, however mine came with one of the packages open😞. Just the vitamins you need daily though, it’s a great product, it didn’t increment my supply but it does help to keep me hydrated

Wasn’t a fan of the taste at all. Also, sometimes fenugreek boosta supply, but sometimes it stops it. So I stopped drinking/taking anything with it. It wasn’t worth the risk to me.

I'm in postpartum and breastfeed 100%. Of course, sometimes the body is stressed or doesn't get enough food that makes my milk decrease. This product is a good choice for increasing breast milk. The flavor is bery delicious!! but I dropped 1 star for the price. That's a little expensive.

I bought this when I went back to work to try to keep my supply up. I am not really sure if it works or not. I haven't really noticed an increase in my supply at all. It doesn't taste bad, but it's not great. It tastes almost fizzy. I would recommend mixing it with more than just 8 ounces of water. I typically mix it with at least 16 ounces.

For the price, honestly not worth it. I couldn’t go past the taste. I attempted to chug it down quickly but it still left an after taste. To me, it was a waste of money. Didn’t really see a difference in my supply.

I really tried to like these, especially because of the price, but they taste nasty! I literally have to chug it to be able to deal with the taste. Haven't seen much of a difference in my milk supply either.

works as it should!! I was only able to pump about 1 ounce in each boob, and with this drink mix after 2 days of drinking I have seen an increase in my breast milk I now pump about 2 1/2 ounces and 1 1/2 !! love love this product will be purchasing again !!

I tried this brand after trying another brand and it was a huge disappointment. They have a bitter taste that is very unappealing. I will force myself to drink them because they are pricey but I will go back to the other brand.

It's def not delicious but when cold it's ok, not something I'd drink on my own. Haven't seen a noticeable diff in my pumping, but I'll continue to drink for awhile just in case
