A: No, we do not add any synthetic vitamins, except for Vitamin D3 (vegan source). Taking a prenatal along with a protein powder that adds synthetic vitamins could lead to a potential overdose.

I drink it with Lactaid and it is the yummiest this way, I’ve tried it with Almond milk and it mixes and tastes the best with Lactaid! (My little one is dairy sensitive)

I bought this almost a month ago because my milk supply decreased a lot and I was worried to loose it. I gave this protein a try and it worked wonders. I ordered the coffee caramel flavor and I’m loving it. It definitely increased my milk supply.

I bought this when pregnant with my 4th baby. Have been using it ever since. I think it really did help my milk supply as I noticed I would produce a bit more on days that I had a protein drink. I’m still using this almost daily (still breastfeeding but also just love the flavor and the protein!). My only disappointment is that I didn’t find this product sooner!

I love this for when I’m nursing or after nursing and you just feel so hungry and need something filling. This helped me get my protein in and also tasted good. It tasted really good when I mixed part of chocolate milk in it or some coffee. Chocolate is my favourite flavour so far.

I am so happy to be able to drink my shakes again, as I wasn’t able to during my second pregnancy. I had an auto ship for 3 years after having my son, but this time I couldn’t keep it down so I cancelled during my pregnancy with my daughter. But alas, I am back in the sauce! The shakes are a quick relief from hunger, a support to my exhausted breastfeeding and recovering body, and a tasty snack I enjoy at least twice/day. I get the chocolate because I can add bananas and peanut butter, or tart cherry juice, or just drink it plain.

I think the flavor of this is good and it helps me get in extra protein which I struggle with even more now that I’m a new mom. Don’t necessarily know if it’s impacted my supply but I will keep using it!! Left off a star because when mixing with milk like it states it is a bit grainy in the texture still.
