I take this everyday! It has helped tremendously with hair growth and nail growth/strengthening as well. After I took out my extensions, I had no hair, I cut some of it and that's how it looks now as it's growing!

Huge bottle so entirely wasteful! Mine had many capsules that had come open so powdered product on the bottom of the big bottle that I can't even take. This is a big NO.

Ive taken these off and on for last couple years, not sure why I ever stop other than financially as I can truly tell a different when using, I have no hairs in my brush and my hair grows so much thicker. If money wasnt a factor, I would take these all year long! I alternate these with taking the anti-hair loss vitamins, One in the AM, other in evening and that works for me.

Since having cancer and chemotherapy I lost all of my hair. A friend suggested these vitamins and they are great. I have finished all of my treatment and my hair is starting to grow back very healthy.

These work 100%. I decided to completly chop my hair off in February 2023 because I wanted a change but also because clumps of my hair were falling out. It was taking forever to grow back so I decided to try these about 6 months ago. These definitely work, my hair has stopped falling out in crazy quantities and the growing baby hairs I am seeing is crazy! I even noticed hair growth on my neck which is driving me insane but atleast we know there work! Lol
