Worse product ever you have to wash the fishes before using and then after running them thru the dishwasher they come out cloudy with grains of the powder on the dishes

To get the best results, be sure your water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit/49 degrees Celsius. I purchased this product several times however in the past year we have been experiencing on several occasions that the pods are not dissolving. This is a waste of time and money.

Thanks for sharing that you're having concerns with your Cascade Complete ActionPacs with Lemon Scent not dissolving. Because of the thorough work of our Quality Team, we're confident we can help you with this, as all ActionPacs are made to dissolve, when used as instructed, in well-operating dishwashers. Be sure your dispenser cup isn't blocked by a dish or utensil. Sometimes, this can happen, and it prevents it from opening fully. If the cup doesn't open, the ActionPac will not fully dissolve. Be sure your sprayer arms are also not blocked by dishes or food particles or debris that may have accumulated in the sprayer arm holes. Before placing your ActionPac in your dispenser cup, make sure the cup and your hands are dry. Moisture can sometimes cause the ActionPac to stick to the dispenser cup, which may affect its dissolution. Be sure your machine isn't operating with low water pressure. Run your dishwasher when there's no other water demands in your home. Finally, check water supply to the dishwasher: To confirm if your dishwasher is receiving enough water, you can perform a simple test. Place an empty cup right-side-up on the top rack and run a cycle. If the cup is filled with water after the cycle, it indicates that your dishwasher is receiving sufficient water. If you need further help, give us a call any Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Our number is 1 (800) 765-5516.

Nice and clean without any lingering residue. It does a great job of cleaning some stock on food too. The action packs are convenient, and I barely even had any watermarks. I don’t think I could trust any other brand in my dishwasher.

Although I don't feel these work "better" than their other products, they are simply just as good. Do not let price persuade you into buying a cheaper brand. You'll regret it when you have to start rewashing your dishes.

They fully dissolve in the cycle and I have zero streaks or film on my dishes after. The lemon scent is also not too strong as I am not a fan of scented pods.

They cleaned the dishes well with no residue after the cleaning cycle, either. Convenient pods instead of spilling a bottle on the door every time I start a load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a loyal cascade user in my dishwasher. I usually use the ones that have oxi in them but this is what I had to use at the moment. They did fine, the dishes were basically clean they just didn't have that sparkle shine like they do with the other style. Same size pods, and they completely dissolve but dishes didn't sparkle.

I found that each load of dishes I did, the dishes came out clean as expected so these tabs must be working as expected. I'd use them again and recommend them.

Even though I usually rinse my dishes before loading, I appreciate that my dishwasher has a food grinder for those who don't pre-wash. The best part is, my dishes come out super clean every time! I highly recommend this detergent to anyone with a dishwasher!
