I purchased this rod ut and after the 4 time using it the light stopped working . I believe I would have achieved results if the light had not failed .

I just bought this & I am very disappointed! The mouth piece is HUGE!! How in the world are you supposed to keep this massive thing in your mouth for 10 minutes? The picture on the box shows a slim curved mouth piece, the thing that I got was thick, squat & at least 1 inch thick and 1.5 inches tall and 4 inches wide! False advertising at the very least

Light stopped working after 2 uses! Waste of money!

I was using this for 10 days and saw no change at all, then I looked at the pen and realized it was expired! I literally got this two weeks ago and it said no returns. I am so unhappy with this purchase and with colgate.

So far I’m very pleased. It is so easy and quick. 👍🏻

The kit did not come either an adapter. I have an iPhone 12, so I cannot plug in…. Have to stay attached to an outlet. The instructions say it should have come with an adapter

The pictures in the ad about the great whitening is of two different people. I won't buy anything with false advertising.

i really expected a better outcome from this pretty pricey product however, I was not completely happy with the results. This product did not work well for me, I feel like my teeth only improved one shade. Maybe my expectations were too high but I will not be purchasing again. it is easy to use and pretty self explanatory.

Did not come with the whitening pen. Very disappointed that this product was missing pieces. Will be returning.

The light kept turning off and on, never stayed on the whole time and quit working all the way before I had used the entire pen. The pen leaked, and even after wiping my teeth dry and breathing with my lips pulled up the liquid never evenly attached to my teeth… it was such a waste and my teeth got white in patches where the liquid would even stick. Such a sad waste of money 🤧

I love this product. It’s easy to use and it works! I’ve been using it for about 4 out of the last 5 nights and it has noticeably whitened my teeth. I put it on with the pen then use the light for the ten minutes. I do not leave the whitener on my teeth overnight. Friends have noticed my teeth are whiter. The light is easy to get to work by plugging into my phone. I like that there’s a timer so I don’t have to keep track. The mouthpiece isn’t bad once I relax and don’t try to bit down on it.

they did not work. your better off just going for whitening stripes from them it works better and its cheaper.
