I knew that I wanted this car seat for my baby before she was even concieved. As part of my job, I've gotten to play with a lot of different seats and I've always stuck with this one. The Chicco key fit is so simple, easy to use all while still have some nice conveniences and extra comforts. The stroller is icing on cake. I love that it's one handed open and close. It's lightweight and has great options for how you position baby in the stroller. While it is not the cheapest travel system on the market, it is great quality and completely worth every penny.

Do not Clean

In order to clean the fabric for the seat, you have to remove a U-shaped bar (which is the stability for the foot rest). Once that is off, it is impossible to get back on, rendering the stroller useless. Probably the worst designed thing I’ve ever seen. You would, theoretically, nes to thread a foam-ish tube that is surrounded by the fabric through a channel of the U-shaped metal piece. However, every time the U-shaped section the foam piece comes off the track and you have to start again. I think with 5-6 hands (I only have 2) you may be able to reinstall this piece. There is no rigidity to the foam you are trying to draw through the channel and the surrounding fabric bunches up making the insert pop out of the channel at the corners. I would recommend either purchasing a better designed stroller, or accepting that you may never clean the fabric. I’m beyond disappointed.

I want to love this system. But after having it for 15 months, I am now on the hunt for something much better. PROS: -It’s a nice, stylish larger stroller. -And I like that it has the ability to accept either infant car seat or be a toddler stroller, as well as be both parent and forward facing in either mode. -The canopy and storage basket are both pretty large as well which is nice. But that is about where the pros stop for me. CONS: -After the VERY FIRST walk I took outside with the stroller (thereby rendering it not returnable), the rear axle rattled SO much it sounded like an old shopping cart. After trying to remove the wheels and axel and reassemble the stroller, I contacted Chicco and they sent me a new frame. So we assembled an entire new frame, only to have the problem be the same. The smallest bump going over sections of sidewalk create the rattling noise that I often walk on the road where it is smoother to avoid it. It’s quite annoying and noisy, especially when my LO was an infant. -While it is supposed to handle rougher terrain smoothly, because it is so loud, I rarely take it off a smooth surface to see how it actually handles. -Now that she is older, my LO wants to sit up and explore her surroundings. However, the most inclined seat position of the toddler seat is still so reclined that she is either having to hold herself up on the belly bar, or we have started needing to put a pillow behind her to support her posture properly. This is a huge design flaw. -While I realize this is a full size stroller, it is quite heavy and bulky. It does not fill anywhere close to compact or smaller. -And while touted as a one-hand fold system, because of the several steps needed to fold it properly, I rarely am able to do so one-handed. There is also absolutely no way to lift it into my trunk one-handed. -Not to mention, in order to fold, the toddler seat needs to be forward facing only. Which means needing two remove it and/or turn it around to get it to fold properly. Again, annoying. -While it is great that it can work with the car seat or be a toddler stroller, needing to swap out the pieces can be frustrating and add one more thing to a never ending list for a busy mom to remember - don’t forget the right attachment or the seat. It would be much better to have it integrated into the stroller. -It clearly does not have a parent console or toddler tray, both features that in hindsight, are really necessary and is a huge miss here. Overall, I would not recommend this stroller. It cost too much to have so many glaring and frustrating issues. Unfortunately, it had just come out when I purchased, so I had no reviews to seek advice from. I’m hoping this can help someone else out!

I recently have been using a running stroller exclusively for my newborn, and then I transitioned to this stroller/car seat. This one is such a great design and so easy to collapse. It also is light, but sturdy, which is hard to find. The handles and storage compartment makes walks and errands a breeze. I can also tell my daughter is very comfortable in her seat. My wife and I joke that this is the “Cadillac” of strollers. Highly recommend!!!

AMAZING SYSTEM, PERFECT FOR FIRST TIME PARENTS

I have a 2 month old and this set has been absolutely amazing. It was very easy to put together, even when 8 months pregnant and it looks very stylish. One of my favorite things is that there is an amazing suspension system that switches between smooth and bumpy terrain. Since I live in the country I sometimes walk down gravel roads and the suspension works very well. I also love that I can face my baby toward me as we walk so that I can keep an eye on him. I have been thoroughly impressed and extremely happy with this system.

My husband and I were impressed with this system. We loved how much coverage the sun shield provided as well as the fact that the stroller when folded stands by itself and the handle doesn’t touch the ground. This is a important feature when you least expect it. 10/10 would recommend this duo.

I have a 2.5 month old and I absolutely love love love this travel system. Only one thing is that I wish there was a cup holder on the stroller. Other than that this travel system is easy to use. The materials easy to clean. Lightweight system and great storage. I really like the bottom cover on the car seat. The material on the cart seat is great, very soft and comfortable for the baby. Easy to install the base in the car, no challenge what so ever. I would highly recommend this product to any new or experienced parents.

I honestly truly love this stroller system. It’s lightweight it’s beautiful everything we were looking for. However, I do not like that in order to put the car seat into the stroller I have to take the inside out. Only fear is if we were travel anywhere (of course after COVID) I would have to carry the inside piece around. The thought of that is pretty annoying. Aside from that we truly love this system.

We were very excited to receive our system. Our biggest goal of finding the right stroller and car seat combination was making sure it wasn’t bulky, and we got exactly what we wanted. The stroller was extremely easy to put together and we love that you can open and close it with one hand! The car seat is not heavy or bulky in any way, and fits our baby perfectly. We are very happy with everything and will be recommending this product to our friends and family!
