Clinique Exfoliating Face Scrub - 3.4 fl oz - Ulta Beauty

Clinique facial scrub is gentle on my skin and at the same time leaves my face feeling soft, clean and fresh.

I used to use a product from MAC until they discontinued it. Found this product online and it works great for me

I have used this product for a few years and I loved it until the most recent tube that I ordered in late April. I finished off my previous tube a few weeks ago, then went straight to April's tube. I was very disappointed to find that it seems to have much less of the actual silica than previous tubes, and thus doesn't exfoliate as well. Unless this is a blip, I will need to search outside Clinique for an equivalent product going forward, and if it is a blip, quality control is lacking. Unfortunately I'm not willing to spend the money on another tube to find out.

This is the best exfoliate for my face. It is gentle enough to use daily and leaves my face feeling very clean. I've tried a lot of exfoliants and I keep coming back to this one.

I'm 47 with combination skin. This scrub leaves my skin smooooth! I've had a salt facial & I feel similar smoothness from using this scrub. Just be careful not to over do it...

It felt amazing for 2 days ,but then I saw I was breaking out so I thought that I should continue to use well… it started to break me out and it felt greasy. And then it broke me out for two months I am still trying to get rid of them :( . I would say not to get ,but that would be me being petty because different products work for different people.

Over the years, this has been the BEST exfoliating scrub. Gone is the nice minty, tingling, clean feeling! Why? My friends & fam all loved after trying over the years, not so much now. Same as all the other brands now :(

I will still purchase this scrub, but I REALLY wish you had kept the menthol in it. I have been a faithful Clinique customer since my teens -- I am now 63. This product never disappoints! It does what it's supposed to every time. I have dry skin and can use it 5 times a week without any issues. I highly recommend.

I have tried many other brands and keep coming back to this one. I get regular facials, exfoliants, chemical peels, and other professional services, and this continues to be my go-to in between treatments. I even prefer this one over the 7 day scrub. It is gentle in that it doesn't create micro tears in my skin, but it's not too gentle in that you can't tell if it actually exfoliates your skin. I have been using this since I was in high school and I am currently in my mid 30s; I am constantly being complimented on my skin and told I don't seem to age. For those who miss the Menthol, a) there are other products on the market that contain Menthol b) there is a reason Clinique removed Menthol from this product. I know in the past, we learned to want fresh, squeaky clean skin, but some of those ingredients are not necessarily conducive to all skin types. What works for some may not work for others. I have combination skin and this had worked well for me, both the previous and current formulas.

I have Used Clinique since I was 15. I am Not 47. This product has been my favorite of all UNTIL the menthol was removed. I still love the scrub I cant Go without it but I sure do miss feeling the menthol on my face. It just made it feel so much cleaner and smoother!

I refuse to dock this product just because I can't use it anymore. In my 20s, I would no more miss a day using my beloved face scrub than I would have skipped brushing my teeth. My skin used to be thick and strong and oily in the T zone. Fast forward 30 years (because that's what it felt like!), and my skin can no longer handle physical scrubs, as it has become more thin and sensitive. I developed rosacea in my mid 30s (which I keep calm using Clinique's other skincare products) and I eventually started using retinoids. I realize that Clinique still sells chemical exfoliants in its Clarifying Lotions, and some of the serums contain actives, but it seems the focus is on BHA (salicylic acid) when I would love to see a dedicated AHA glycolic leave-on exfoliant. Meanwhile, this scrub was true love while it lasted, and it didn't seem to suffer in quality or effectiveness through its reformulation(s).

I have very oily, acne-prone skin. This exfoliator has been great. I really how you can feel the grit without it being too abrasive. This product doesn't dry me out or irritate my skin; in fact, my face feels so smooth after I use it! Definitely cleanses well and it may have even been helping with hormonal acne I have on my cheeks. I'm really glad I found this product.

I had perfectly clear skin with zero acne on my face. I only ever got a pimple or two when Im on my period. I washed my face with this product twice and now my cheeks are covered in cystic acne. My skin burns and is so irritated, I've stopped using the product and will be returning. This product ruined my face and I've been sobbing ever since. Do not use this product it is super rough on skin and will ruin it. I wish i could turn back time and never test this awful product. I wish i could give it zero stars.
