Q: Am I able to use diluted bleach in this mop? Thanks.
A: Bleach over time will damage plank flooring and hardwood floors. Use diluted vinegar with water to sanitize and clean. Otherwise, use a cleaner (non-sanitizing) sold for this purpose to remove dirt.
submitted byBob - 3 months agoA: Hi Larry, we only recommend using an all-purpose cleaner diluted as instructed. Hope this helps.

Q: Why do you not recommend using vinegar? I always use half water & half vinegar to clean my floors?
A: I use a diluted mixture of vinegar all the time with no issues.
submitted byBob - 3 months agoA: Hi Debbie, we don't recommend using vinegar because to acidity of it can eat away at the internal components overtime rendering the product unusable or it will begin to leak.
