Q: Can you use the blow dryer alone without the attachments? Will it fry your hair if you use it without the attachments? Id like to do that first to dry then use them to style it at the end.

This is a decent hair dryer - some of the attachments straighten waves and curls as it dries, which is nice. BUT, the only issue I've personally had was it seems to maybe get overheated if used for a longer period of time and like, sparks a little bit? I use it quickly and then put it away somewhere safe to cool down, but maybe it's not good to use?

I have had this hair dryer for over 6 years and love it. It didn't work well in Europe, and I blew it out. I purchased another when I got home. So glad I was able to find the same one. It allows me to dry and style my hair with one hand and not have to use a hair dryer and a brush at the same time

I had my Revlon drying brush for several years. Although it gets the job done, it yanked my hair in the creases. So I decided to replace it with this one. Very impressed by the reviews of this Conair. Needless to say I was impressed at my results. I like that its attachments are infused with shea butter. My hair dried straight and quick in less time than my revlon brush. I used the same method for both tools: dried it on damp hair, sectioned into four and already detangled before applying hair dryers. The only thing I would say is this one doesn’t quite get my roots like the Revlon brush can, but I’d rather this hair dryer because it doesn’t snatch strands of my hair in the process. I can always use my flat iron to touch up my roots. I have 3b/3c natural hair, low-porosity and low density. A tad heat damaged. My favorite piece is the two comb piece. That one worked the best for me. The piece with the bristles sort of tugged my hair like my Revlon brush. So I may not be using that piece. Overall, great quality for Black Friday price. It made my blowout/silk press process quicker and easier. I would recommend.

Wanted to love this soooo bad. First time using it and it overheated and does not want to come back on. Only had it on for 2 minutes before it overheated. Burnt my hair and caused my hair to smell like I was in a fire. Refund me please smh

I don't know how I lived without this hair dryer but it is absolutely amazing. The quality and durability of the comb and brush attachments is really good. I have thick course hair and was concerned that an attachment would break but no worries. My hair is quickly straightened and thoroughly dried. This is one of the best products I've ever purchased and would highly recommend it to others.

This is my favorite blow dryer ever and 2nd time buying. As someone with natural hair the angling oh the dryer makes it easier to separate and dry sections of my hair. Gives great hot air but no heat damage at all! My mom and sis also love this dryer after trying mine!
