This makes ice… it doesn’t stay frozen. The ice melts and it all sticks together and then it all melts. This is garbage, I also purchased the 2 year protection with Allstate and apparently 6 months later that’s useless? Pretty sure this is a scam. If I could give it 0 stars, I would

Good ice and relatively quiet. Lasted a little over a year when it started to leak. The joint between the water pump and ice maker inside the machine leaked and cannot be fixed easily. Too bad as I had to discard the entire machine. Should have a better design and parts quality.
