Likes Nothing!! Was horrible- delayed delivery by three different times and then to finally have it arrive by FedEx only to be completely crushed up- box was wet and torn open all over, didn’t have to open it already was!! Terrible!! FedEx dropped at night when I couldn’t even see the condition-not sure if I could have refused!! Such a complete hassle- so then I (Grandma 7 ) had to load it up and take the return back to UPS - super heavy and ridiculous since it was damaged by FedEx. I had it shipped to make it easy— Well that was a complete Joke - Thanks Target for making it so hard to return!!

I git this for Christmas 2022. It died in August 2024. Two times when we were using the convection feature it smelled like burning plastic. We called after the first time and was told it was nothing. Well a week after the second time it died. My last microwave lasted 30 years. This was less than 2 years.

I bought this a few months ago and I regret it! It is very loud and takes longer to cook than traditional microwave or air fryer. The noises that it is making sounds like something is stuck but the turntable moves freely. Cheaply made and would not recommend!

When I bought this I was just needing a microwave oven and it was a big surprise to find this also air fries! I had an air fryer but it's a tiny thing and this lets me air fry a LOT more. And it works really well. People complain it doesn't have different heat settings but I've never needed it.

I recently made the regrettable decision to purchase a microwave for my office, believing I was getting a quality product from Cuisenart. Imagine my surprise when, straight out of the box, it was more of a disaster than a kitchen appliance, with broken accessories greeting me like bad omens. But here’s where the comedy turns into a horror show: it turns out this so-called "Cuisenart" microwave is actually a Midea product in disguise. Yes, you read that right. Buying this microwave introduced me to the world of Midea, a realm where customer service goes to die. Engaging with Midea’s customer service is a lesson in futility. I embarked on what can only be described as a wild goose chase – phone calls that led nowhere, followed by an email odyssey that felt more like a test of endurance than a path to resolution. They first dangled the promise of a replacement, only to yank it away with claims of stock shortages, suggesting a credit instead, that later turned into “we’ll reimburse you if YOU go find a replacement. But getting that? Oh, that required an absurd treasure hunt for documentation that would satisfy their ever-changing demands. Ordering from Midea is not just a mistake; it’s a form of self-punishment. The entire process has been a circus of incompetence, where the hoops to jump through are on fire and the safety net is made of lies. It's one thing to deal with a defective product; it’s another to endure a customer service experience so abysmal, it feels intentionally designed to wear you down. In conclusion, buying this microwave – or anything from Midea, really – is an absolute no-go unless you’re a glutton for punishment. It’s not just the appalling quality of the product but the egregious lack of basic customer service that has left me highly annoyed and disappointed. I sincerely hope retailers like Target reconsider their partnerships and spare future customers from this nightmare. Midea’s approach to customer service isn’t just bad; it’s an absolute debacle.

No custom tempreture setting for air fryer

So I bought this for my mom she already had an air fryer but she needed a microwave oven. She decided to give her air fryer away and that was a mistake. This one doesn’t have a custom settings for temperature for air fryer. We tried to fry a fried chicken from scratch and it turned out a disaster. She should had gotten rid of this and kept her air fryer.

This microwave can do it all! There's a learning curve as there is with everything, but it does what it says it can do. I do think that the wattage should be higher though. It takes longer to microwave than my last microwave that was 1100 watts.

Our old Panasonic microwave died and we bought this one on sale. As far as using the microwave function it seems good albeit not as powerful as we were used to. The booklet that came with it is very hard to understand, especially for the air frying. I'm going to give it a try using trial and hopefully few errors.

Air Fry at 425 Only

2 out of 5 stars

Stacy7261 - 1 year ago
I’ve been using this microwave for about six months. The microwave functions heat food quickly but there seems to be a lot of popping while heating some microwave-safe containers. The air fryer functions are based on 9 presets, all at 425. The presets are based on foods you may be air frying (such as frozen fries or frozen squid). The manual doesn’t specify the amount of time for each preset so you have to press start and figure it out as you go. If you want an air fryer that you can easily control the specific temperature and time, this is not the combo for you.

BUYER BEWARE ... TARGET is likely selling knock-offs! Issues began developing approx 3 months into owning the unit. Door no longer latches properly, and unit rattles during use of both the air fryer and normal modes. Target refused to accept the return or provide store credit and was told to contact Cuisinart. CUISINART has indicated the Model & Serial # of unit is NOT theirs!!! Had to contact a third party for a refund. Awaiting resolution, however recommend all steer clear of this!
