Works like a dream once I assembled it correctly (I initially put the grinder blade in backwards). I love this and use it all the time. I don't buy ground meat at the grocery store anymore. It is also very easy to clean and store, which is fantastic.

Great addition to my kitchen. We ground 16 lbs of chicken meat in less than an hour. Ground chicken is very expensive and being able to create our own at home is a huge savings.
Great Product.

Overall not what I expected. The blades rusted after washing. Maybe make them stainless steel instead and with more blade.

After everything sitting in the freezer for more than an hour, the grinder was just not strong enough to grind the meat for a small batch of meat. I had to actually pull out my heavy duty one and a half hp me grind.

I used the meat grinder to grind beef and pork fat so that I could render it. The grinder comes with instructions on how to put it together and I recommend reading the if you have not used a grinder before. If you put of together incorrectly the grinder won’t grind the fat and it will him up the machine. My grinder went through ten pounds of beef fat and five pounds of pork fat in about twenty minutes. I am very happy with it.

I've used my meat grinder attachment to make sausages, hummus with ground almonds, and more. It's delicious! I've also used it for apple balls made with almond butter, pecans, and dried apples. Much better than a blender because the sticky ingredients don't get caught on the bottom of a jar since there is no jar. I'm very happy with it and plan to find other ways to use it.

We are happy with our meat grinder attachment even though the collar broke the second time we used it. Cuisinart was very helpful and sent us a replacement collar in a reasonable amount of time.

Right out of the box I sanitized it and put it to the grind. Used the large hole disc for a ham salad. When I saw it was plastic I had my doubts but is very capable of doing its job. Great kitchen tool. Highly recommended.

Didn't work well. I was grinding already ground meat to make it finer but it was very time consuming and hard to put it in the small grinding opening. Also machine works very slow even with the small amount ofground meat. It took me almost 1and half hour to grind 2 lbs of already groung meat.

I bought the grinder before a new Stand Mixer. When I got the mixer in I put the whole unit together and made my sandwich spread then. I loved the way it turned out and will be making more this next week. When I first bought it I thought it was the manual grinder when it came in I found out I needed the Stand Mixer for it. I love not having to turn a handle to make my spreads. Later I want to learn to make sausage. This is so much easier to use than the old fashion type.

I have used the grinder for meat and cheese for pimento cheese. Does a great job but you must be careful not to force the product into the grinder. as it is plastic. A bit pricy but a good product.
Not a bad grinder!

I bought this in December of 2017 to make homemade polish sausage I remember making with my grandmother as a kid. The instructions could be better written, and the speed of the mixer does not work well with grinding the meat. It recommends using speed 3, but I recommend using varying speeds to find the "sweet" speed that you need.
