I bought my hand mixer Feb. 19, 2025. & just love it! Made mashed potatoes the other night. The texture was great! All I have to do is make a speed selection. It has a release lever for the beaters making them very easy to come off. l thought it was nice that a spatula was included. It’s nice to have the swivel cord for left or right-handed use. The heel rest makes it convenient to put down when not in use & cleaning is very easy. Feb. 19 was my lucky day!

I used this mixer for less than two years and the gears in the motor stripped out. It never really had a low speed, it would fling flour everywhere. But that doesn't matter anymore because now it's toast. Not made to last at all.

Do not buy. Only lasted two years with minimal use. It will turn on but the paddles don’t spin. My other hand mixer (different brand) lasted 15 years.

The round wire beaters have a hard time creaming a cup (or less) of packed brown sugar. They just treat it like a hockey puck flying around the bowl. The shortening was soft and the brown sugar was from a brand new bag, so it wasn't the ingredients. The first speed isn't very slow and sends flour or boiled potatoes flying out of the bowl. Outside of that, with heavy batters, cake or brownie mixes it worked ok.

Clearly something is wrong with me because I’ve had three of these mixers and they all died. The first time I thought it was bad luck. The second and third times I got a warranty replacement and I finally feel stupid enough to just try the Hamilton beach mixer. It can’t possibly be any worse than Cuisinart.

Avoid this mixer. The slowest speed is way too fast. The beaters are extremely weak and bend easily. The motor on mine, after less than a year of minimal use, is already going out.

As a huge fan of Cuisinart there was really no other option for me than this hand mixer. The shape and weight are quite comfortable in my smaller hand, and it stands up very nicely when you need to set it down. I only wish the low speed was much slower. I still need to be careful when adding dry ingredients as it's very powerful and will toss the flour, etc. around. Otherwise, it's perfect

This is by far the BEST hand mixer ever!! Great speed and easy to handle. Very efficient with the push release of the beaters...eliminates the mess of pulling beaters off on previous brands.

Worst mixer I have ever used. The lowest speed is still so fast it splatters ingredients everywhere. The beater’s “teeth” aren’t tight enough and so nothing ever really combines together. It’s a hunk of junk. Do not buy.

I bought this brand after my prior hand mixer lived to be 10 years old. However, this one lasted just 1 year and it broke. The mixer was very powerful on level 1 compared to other mixers I’ve owned. Everything would splatter out of even my largest bowl on the lowest speed.
