We're working to get that resolved ASAP! In the meantime, I'd be happy to answer your questions. It's quite simple to use, simply freeze the base, add your ingredients, and mix. Q: when my mug ice cream maker is not in use where to store? Freezer or room temperature?
A: Well, that would depend. If you want to make more ice cream, you’d need to store it in the freezer. I’d you intend to not use it for an extended period of time, then put it back together and store it appropriately.
submitted byMaryCherry - 3 months agoA: Hello! When the Dash My Mug Electric Ice Cream Maker is not in use, it’s best to store the freezing bowl in the freezer. This ensures it’s always ready for use and properly chilled for making ice cream quickly. The other components, such as the motorized lid and paddle, can be stored at room temperature. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to bydash.com/help. Thank you!

Q: Do you need salt or ice for this
A: No. It is not a traditional ice cream maker. You have to freeze the mug. The paddle stirs the mixture.
submitted byMaryCherry - 3 months agoA: Hello! Thank you for your question about the Dash My Mug Electric Ice Cream Maker. No, you do not need salt or ice to use this product. The ice cream maker relies on a pre-frozen cooling bowl with saltwater inside to chill and freeze the mixture. For best results, make sure the cooling bowl has been in the freezer for at least 24 hours before use. If you have any additional questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to bydash.com/help. Our Customer Service team would be happy to help!

Q: If you used yogurt does it come out like a soft serve yogurt?
A: Hello! Thank you for your question about the Dash My Mug Electric Ice Cream Maker. Yes, you can use yogurt to make a frozen dessert, but the texture may vary depending on the yogurt type. Greek yogurt or full-fat yogurt typically results in a creamier, soft-serve consistency, while lower-fat options may produce a slightly icier texture. For best results, chill the yogurt mixture thoroughly before adding it to the machine, and allow it to churn until it reaches your desired consistency. If you have further questions, please contact us at bydash.com/help. Thank you!
