I love this, and it's really fun to use. I've found the soft serve solidifies better if all ingredients are very cold and already mixed together before you take the cooling bowl out of the freezer. The Mug is well made, washes up easily, and has a small footprint with its self-store feature.

I ordered this for a charity fundraiser, they shipped it directly in the manufacturers packaging and it is a mess. The bottom isn't sealed correctly, just taped over and damaged. Then I open it and can clearly see it is a USED item.
