Q: Why does my question not appear after 3 days?

A: Right, ib realize there is some verification needed, but why does it take more than a week to get a response? It's pretty much a deterrent to even asking questions if a guest can't get a response within a day or two. I've pretty much given up and will just buy it from Amazon who has it in stock like everyone else except target.

I purchased this in January 2025 and so far I am more than happy with this product. The setup and use instructions are very helpful and detailed. Clean up is relatively easy and I like some of the milk volume flexibility for lattes and cappuccinos if you have a certain amount you like to use. I would buy this again as it meets my needs including making just regular coffee by the cup. One thing to remember is to keep a cup or some container under the espresso/coffee distrubution piece even when it is not in use. It pushes a small amount of water out when you turn the machine on or off (automatically or manually) where there is a collection tray but as it fills up it can be messy or dangerous to get over to the sink to empty :) The only CON is that the highest temperature setting is not as hot as I usually like my drinks but that's ok and they give advice on how to work around that.

I have had two milk frothers stop frothing milk since I purchased this. The ease of use is why I decided to buy it. Not worth your money

All around amazing unit and is to use. So many selections with so many ways to brew your selections. Just wish the reservoir was bigger. Way less hassle after making a cup so I rarely have to deal with grounds. I don’t go to coffee shops on my way to work anymore so the investment pays for itself!

We love this product! Makes great coffee and has the ability to adjust for your taste. My girls love the hot water feature for their tea and hot coco. Only issue is the cleaning feature using so much water before and after each use but not sure you can get around that if you don’t want issues with taste or cleanliness.

We like this machine, but it took some time to learn the kinks. For example, my husband prefers to just use the espresso setting and add water rather than using the coffee button. Using ground coffee can sometimes cause the machine to get mixed up in the process and error out rather than brew. Those are things we’ve learned and adjusted. My one regret is buying the machine with the automatic frother instead of manual. The automatic frother is very temperamental. If you don’t get the straw in exactly right, it won’t pull in the right amount of milk. And because it’s part of the automatic cycle, you can’t just froth milk (you have to brew a new shot as well). I’ve stopped using it and usually just froth manually with a handheld frother instead. So this part is disappointing for such a big purchase. But the coffee is very good.

Christmas gift in 2023, so I have had it for one year. Makes absolutely great lattes and cappuccinos but - - the milk container is small, you cannot make 3 lattes without refilling the milk. One other complaint - there is no way to simply produce frothed milk, in case you want to make someone a hot chocolate. If I could trade it in for an upgrade I would, but there is no way I can get my money out of it so I will live with its deficiencies and enjoy what I have.

My wife and I were on the market for a espresso machine and we were originally thinking of getting a manual barista machine but after doing some research and thinking we thought the Magnífica EVO was the right choice for us. Broke right out of the box float megangsim is defect resulting in a non functional machine. The machine thinks its empty when you fill tank with water and float wont trigger the electronics to tell it has water. This never made 1 drop of espresso and just in time for Christmas.
