[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan has some heft to it but not too heavy for someone with arthritis such as myself. It seems well constructed and the nonstick surface looks like it will last but can’t be sure until a few years down the road…time will tell.

I really like this pan. I have a regular 9-½ inch which is several years old and has help up very well. But I find I am using the deep pan (11 inch) for many things - having the higher height side comes in useful for browning meats, cooking bacon, etc. I have an induction cooktop and it works wonderfully .

This 9.5 in high-sided non-stick pan is great. It has a high-quality feel and the weight is very easy to manage. It performs beautifully on my induction range. I was a little concerned that the design of the bottom might cause scratching of the glass cooktop but it doesn't seem to. This is a great product for the stovetop and oven.

Demeyere cookware is truly exceptional. This nonstick fry pan is sturdy and light weight. It heats up evenly and has great browning capacity. It has a stay cool handle and the walls are extra tall helping to keep splatter to a minimum and allowing me to use this for deeper frying as well as pan frying.

Demeyere is makes the best cookware and this fry pan is no exception. It's constructed with thick aluminum, one of the best heat conductors. A patented process is used to make the thick base that keeps it flat even when exposed to high heat as well as making it incredibly energy efficient and induction compatible. The non stick coating is 5 baked on layers making it extremely durable, high heat tolerant and metal utensil safe. A perfect construction almost guarantees you'll make the best fried chicken ever.

I love demeyere and I love this pan! The deep fry nonstick is perfect for frying french fries, chicken, making doughnuts, and anything you want to have golden and crispy. This pan cleans up so easily and is beautiful as well. I keep it hanging on my pan bar. Great quality and will last for years if taken care of.

This would have received 5 stars if not for the handle. The handles from the Atlantis line are more contoured and are easier to grip. The handles on the Alu Pro line are sleek which can result in mishandling. The nonstick pan is perhaps the best in the industry. After using many competitive brands, I would highly recommend Demeyre. Your food will cook more evenly and more predictably - and cleanup is much easier.

It is deep so it is an excellent sauteing pan and can also works for deep frying portion food. This pot is PFOA-free and the PTFE non-stick coating is durable for its 5 layers of coating, safe for heavy metal kitchen tools, and extremely scratch-resistant. However, the keyword is “resistant” so, with enough force, anything can cause scratches. Therefore, wood and silicone kitchen tools are recommended. Its superior flat-base stays flat, it will not warp, handle is stay-cool, and easy to maneuver transitioning food to a plate. Highly recommended handwashing, preventing from the dishwasher's detergent abrasiveness and from any damage-causing from bumping into hard and pointy stuff during the wash. I love this pan for deep frying. It limits the amount of splatter you have outside of the pan! You can definitely tell a difference in the clean up frying in this deep fry pan compared to a more shallow pan.

I have Demeyere stainless cookware and love it. These non-stick pans equal the quality and performance of the stainless. The deeper fry pans are nice for browning meat or preventing liquid from sloshing out. Durable, clean up is a breeze!
