I havent had the experience a lot of the other reviewers have regarding it just not turning on. My only gripe with it is the design of the curling iron attachment. The plastic piece that attaches to the metal clip does not exactly sit flush to one another resulting in a tiny gap that rips my hair out if it is too close to it. I'm glad I didn't retire my hot tools irons since they do mot have this issue. The waver attachment works great, and the wand is fine though I'm not a fan of using it as much. I like the automatic timer that shuts off the iron. Always paranoid I left it on before leaving the house. I guess I'm relieved I bought at half price.

This hair tool was awful and was going to curl my hair one day and it stopped heating up past 200 degrees. Tried other attachments to see if it was just the one i was using and none of then work anymore. Really upsetting ive had for a year and it just stops working out of no where.

Stopped working after 2 years. Only blinks OFF and doesn't hear up. Unfortunately out of warranty. This product shouldn't exist honestly. Customer service is rude and useless. DONT NOT BUY

I read the reviews before I purchased, about 50% of reviews said the tool stops working, but I wanted to try it anyway. During the big 50% sale why not. I loved the boxing and how small this was, especially for 3 attachments and was excited to try it. On the very first use I was also getting the flashing buttons, on/off doesn't work. I really had to hold the attachment into the wand base to get it to connect and heat up. And those wands get hot fast, so as this randomly turns on and off while you try to use it, you can't just push the attachment down into the base to keep it connected. Sadly, I will have to return this tomorrow.

I owned this for maybe 8 months at most, used it less than 10 times, and the piece of junk doesn’t even work anymore. WASTE OF MONEY

I loved this curling iron, but after about a year of having it, it broke. Now I haven’t done anything to it and the cords are fine and everything but it just automatically turns off after I turn it on and make it almost impossible to use and when I do use it it takes me so long to do my hair just from turning it back on and waiting for it to heat up again

A sales person at Ulta recommended this to me and I bought it without reading the reviews or knowing anything about this product. This is not normally how I shop but I trusted her recommendation and I couldn't be happier!!! I love all three of the attachments as I use them all! I love how quickly the curling iron heats up and t gives my hair beautiful curls!!! I have had it for two months now and I love everything about it! 💛

I have owned this unit for over two years and its still working perfectly. I love the different curls i can get from each of the attachments. It always heats up very fast and ive never had an issue with it. I would definitely recommend this product.

So i bought this in 2021 & it lasted 2 1/2 years before it stopped heating. After reading all these negative comments about how it stopped working…I figured i should write my comment. Listen, it's not meant to last 10 years, but it will last a few. Heck, i think even lasting a year is a good price. That's still only ALMOST $17 a month. That's a great price for curls that last and are easy to do. The product does its part and if we (the consumer) did our part and not bend the wiring (like it says in the warning), it would last a longer time. Anyway, great product!!!

It worked great for the 1.5 years I had it but it started getting faulty and randomly shutting off. Now it won't even get hot. It turns out but won't get hot even thought the temperature gauge is increasing. For the price of this, it should last much longer.

I am super impressed with this 3 in one combo! It's super easy to interchange which tool your using and it heats up quickly. I really love the results i get with the beach wave attachment.

This is such a great concept with very poor execution. I absolutely loved it until it stopped working pretty soon after purchasing. It constantly shuts off, won't heat up properly, and I have to keep pressing the power button. This is way too expensive of a product to have these issues. I tried returning to Ulta who directed me to DryBar's warranty service and they were useless. It finally just completely died on me. I would avoid at all costs.

Loved it at first but the Defined Waves: Wand 1" (2.5 cm) attachment stopped working. Maybe used it 10 times total:( This attachment was the reason I bought it so bummed it stopped working.

OK, obsessed! I love that I can easily travel with all three tools without it taking up hardly any room! The travel bag is awesome, compact but easily stores the tools plus the travel size products to keep it all together and organized. I am a pro H/M artist so this is a must for my personal use or my kit!! 10/10 gifted by dry bar

Used 1 time and not working. Won’t replace because out of “warranty” period. A product shouldn’t stop working after one use. Will stick with T3

The concept is nice. Had this set over 2 years but it hasn't worked that whole time. Like others have said the clamped curling iron shuts off while using it. You have to turn it on every 30 seconds, no joke. Too expensive to not work properly.

Hands down the best money I’ve spent. I’m someone who curls their hair weekly, what sold me was the hair waver. It gives you the most beautiful mermaid waves. It heats up so quickly and does the work just as fast. I’ve tried a few wavers and they look more like crimps, not this one. The travel bag is super convenient to take the system on the go. 10/10 recommend this product!

It's not easy to change from head to head. I'm hesitant to do it b/c many people say this breaks it all together.
