Would always recommend this primer over every single one on the market! not only is it super affordable, it’s super dewy and adds such an amazing glow to my makeup. i don’t wear foundation too often but when i do, this primer is a staple in my routine! esp if you’re some one like me who has dry skin and struggles w creasing, this is perfect! it adds sm moisture to my skin 🩷

I wanted to love this primer, as e.l.f. primers are some of my favorites. But after a few tries, I found that like others this accentuates my pores rather than smooth them. I also looked extremely oily by the end of the day (having to blot at my t-zone throughout the day). Perhaps this will look better alone, on the days I don't wear makeup. Kudos for having added skin care in the mix, I like Niacinamide in my routine. Just didn't quite work for my skin and taste.

I have been using the power grip primer for years now and it's a staple in my routine. It does what it says - helps base products stick onto the skin. I have very oily skin and my foundation/skin tint tends to slip and slide within an hour or 2. I still get oily, but power grip (and a good setting spray) helps to prolong my makeup. It also feels really refreshing and hydrating which is a bonus!

I've tried all the new sticky primers, and I have to put this one at the lower level of sticky for me. It maybe better for younger skin, but for mature skin, I prefer something a little stronger. The smell was ok, the texture and application was as expected after using the other primers. I probably won't purchase this product, but the handy little travel size will go in my my bag.
