A: This was not specifically tested for use on the eyelids. For an eye primer we suggest the e.l.f. Lock It Down Eyeshadow Primer.

This is my second bar in use one of my friends gifted me the first one, and from that day on, I absolutely loved it so much that I bought more. This soap is super practical and easy to use. It has a lightening effect, helping improve uneven skin tone and leaving the skin with a more even glow over time.

Make sure you put it before your foundation in a little as a long way if you put too much it will pile up on your skin with your foundation. This product is a great to have when you can’t afford the high-end products. I don’t notice the coverage of being any different than my high end products, and I love that. It says matte finish but depending on what foundation you use the finish could be dewy or matte.

It does hold the makeup but I feel like it makes my foundation cling to my pores and actually highlights them more than if I didn’t use a primer at all.

I like this primer, i feel as though it makes my makeup much smoother. However, it definitely did not keep my makeup good all night lol. It seemed to grip the foundation pretty well but my blush and contour wore off after a few hours. overall satisfied but you're def gonna need to touch up if you want your makeup to last longer than a couple of hours.

Bought this with the all day every day kit. It’s very nice not irritating not painful. Just a gripped feeling it’s refreshing. I have very oily skin around my eyes and nose, this stopped it immediately.

This makeup primer seems to be a very good buy for the price. I got tired of spending ridiculous amounts of money on makeup primers so I decided to give this one a try and I was very happy with it. The primer seems to work well and my makeup holds well all day. It doesn't seem to hold up super well if it's extremely hot and I'm sweating a lot, but none of the primers I've ever used have, so I won't count that against it. The primer goes on easily and smoothly and work as intended. The value for what you get is also really good. Overall I'm happy with this item and I would definitely recommend it to others who are considering it!

Very thin liquid texture out of the tube, which makes it easy to distribute evenly. Initially was concerned as it looked super shiny and felt sticky, but after about a minute, it had basically disappeared, and when other products are applied on top, it was not at all noticeable. It did keep my makeup in place all day. Only downside I've found is that it can be maybe a bit too effective at holding on to makeup - if I apply powder foundation directly to the primer (especially if I don't let it sit for a good minute or two after), this can lead to a streaky/cakey finish.
