e.l.f. Stay Cool Primer Stick - 0.59oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was okay, I generally love elf products but this one was kinda melted and hard to apply. I personally wouldn’t buy this but maybe it was user error too and I didn’t store it properly.

This goes on very smooth. A little goes a long way. I will take a couple swipes of it on my face and then smooth it out with my fingers. I have zit prone skin and this does not seem to cause any issues for me.

Really good super cooling, but does make foundation hard to blend if not properly dry

It shocks me to hear that others do not like this product! I have to say that this is one of my favorite products that elf has ever made and I'm not exaggerating that. It's very affordable which is also a huge plus. I find myself reaching for it whenever I want my make up base to look hydrated and for my make up to look presentable. I know that i can count on this primer every time. I always moisturize my skin before doing any make up routine and before applying any primer and I advise you to do so before using this product or any primer ect. I've never been a big primer fan, but this product has changed my mind, so it is shocking to read/ hear that it didnt preform as well for others, like it did for me. My skin is on the dry side and I feel like it is more for people with dry skin. It made my face feel hydrated and made my foundation go on effortlessly for a perfect, smooth looking base. I wouldn't say that it makes your make up last any longer than your typical primer, but my foundation doesn't look as good without it and it seems to make any cakiness disappear. I find that it works well with other products and doesn't pill. I think I will always use this primer as long as it's never Discontinued. However, I don't get a cooling effect on my skin from it like it claims. I feel like the daily dew stick product gives me more of a cooling effect, but it's not a deal breaker. I think it's a great primer for summer. I didn't expect to like this product as much as I do! I recommend it for those on a budget who have dry skin and who are looking to try a new primer. Great product!!

I was happy that it was light weight and kept my face cool. It’s not thick or milky or leave any residue. It doesn’t have a scent which is fantastic. My face felt amazing.

I have all the dew sticks and there great, refreshing the skin, easy to blend not really used as a primer more just a quick glow treat-

I really like this product for the price, but make sure to not use too much as it can clog your pores
