If the included flange sizes are not your right fit, smaller and larger sizes are available and sold separately. This pump is not quiet, it is quite loud and it is louder with any increased suction or increased speed settings. The flanges are not fitted well nor are they comfortable. I had a very difficult time getting them to work to produce milk, this was at the same time I was using a rented pump from the hospital, a Medela Symphony, that I WAS able to get milk with (so it wasn't me). Finally, the flanges are heavy and do not work well with a pumping bra to be able to be hands free. I purchased this pump using insurance and am unable to return it, unfortunately. Save your money and go with a hands free pump with a different brand, you'll be glad you opted for hands free so you can use the pumping time to do other things.

I bought this pump on February 5th 2025 and it is not February 8th 2025 and the pump is already not working. The suctioning just stopped working on one side and then the other side stopped suctioning. I have taken the pieces apart and nothing seems to be wrong with any piece but still doesn’t work. Waste of money. Do not buy this pump!

The Evenflo breast pump was a huge disappointment. It has barely any settings, and the suction is extremely weak, making it ineffective and frustrating to use. On top of that, it’s bulky and not at all convenient for on-the-go use. Overall, it feels cheaply made and like a complete waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable pump.

The soft pump covers slip off easily and continuously while pumping causing leakage and wasted time not collecting milk.

Hi Bigdeal, the flange insert needs to be pushed firmly into the center of the hard flange, and then the outside edge of the insert needs to be wrapped around the edge of the hard flange. I immediately looked for this pump again after my previous nursing experience. I received it as a baby shower gift for my first child and I absolutely loved it. This is a great pump for a new mom and it is really easy to clean and use. The description of the product doesn’t do the combination of pressure to speed ratio justice. It’s really easy to find your perfect rate and speed to get the most milk per pump with your individual anatomy and dovetail it to how your baby typically nurses. I had absolutely no issues I was hearing about from other moms and their pumping experience. It also really helped with evening out my differing breast sizes when baby started favoring one side and I could pump a little more on the side he wasn’t using. That was more so I didn’t feel self-conscious, but again, versatility appreciated! This pump was easy, portable, clean and compact. You may think the battery operation is a downside but the life of the batteries is really good and it’s easy to tell when to get a new set. The pump power gets increasingly sluggish when the batteries are running low so just keep an extra set in your baby bag and you’ll be fine. I never ran out on the go. I frequently pumped at work or in the car when the kid was napping and it really helped keep my milk supply up when I had to return to work and I was away from baby for several hours at a time. It is not as quiet as some pumps, but it’s definitely not loud or distracting. For a first time mom or long age gap, I definitely recommend springing for the upgraded kit with a tote bag, small cooler and a few bottles. It just helps with organizing everything when you have scattered mom-brain, but if you’re good on bottles and don’t think refrigeration will be an issue, the pump by itself is great.

My first review I mentioned low suction when using as double, but I also wanted to add that I really wanted to use this machine on the go and not be stuck to the wall so I tried using with batteries and it literally only worked through one pump session then killed the batteries. Initially I thought it was the pump that messed up so I plugged back in and voila it worked as normal ! then I tried switching out the batteries thinking maybe it will be better but same thing happened. The lights even dim showing you that it’s not working properly and soon once you start your session it turns off mid pumping. I wish they made it with a rechargeable battery because I know if it was properly tested they would have realized batteries become an inconvenience and waste of money. I now wish I would have returned or went with another brand.

I have used breast pumps of multiple brands but the ease Evenflo pump comes with is simply incredible. I love how they hold the bottle so that I don’t have to cry on spilled milk which is very common for other brands.This is my second evenflo pump with my 2 kids and I love it. Best part is that they make lesser noise so that I can pump while my kids are sleeping.

I bought this pump in January of 2023 to use as a extra pump while I waited on replacement parts for my other pump & so far it's been working well.... I really like the silicone flange inserts that were included they make pumping more comfortable although I wish they made more sizes in the silicone inserts....on the other hand I really appreciate that an extra set of valves & membranes came with this pump... The only other downside for me is that it is hard to find replacement parts or an extra pumping kit at the store unless you order one online but overall so far I like it & would recommend it...

I started off using a Medela Pump in Style, and switched to the Evenflo Advanced Double Electric pump. I like this pump a lot, it is very quiet in comparison and I feel like it's just more effective than the Pump in Style. I also got a hands-free nursing bra, so pumping us a total breeze now. I love that it includes extra pieces and membranes, as well as 2 collection bottles. It's perfect for my pumping needs and I would definitely recommend it.
