The Patented Cool logic technology has 4 settings that allows you to changes the daily operation of the window fan
based on the temperature changes throughout the day. The window fan provide early morning, noon, midday, and evening settings with controlled airflow to maximize room comfort with the rise and fall of the daily outside temperature. The controlled airflow adjusts the fan speed, intake and exhaust of the twin blades based on the preferred daily settings. You can also set the timer up to 8 hours and have the flexibility to use the remote to control to operate the window fan functions as well as manually adjust the settings to your preference.

I needed to keep a bedroom cool. This little number did the trick! I'm not good with sq. ft. but the room is medium (can fit a king bed comfortably). The description of the product is spot on. I didnt know ahead of time, but I am appreciate of the reverse feture that allows air to leave the room when needed. Remote is a dope option. It's little, so you have to keep up with it. It can be installed either horizontally or vertically. The room is in a 1929 pre-war built apartment building (larger windows). I may reposition it vertically to see if that would be better. All in all, great product so far.
