Love the aesthetic, would prefer more robust material options for select parts to prolong the longevity of the product.

I've only been using my kettle for about a week so I can't speak to its long-term performance, but I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I was previously using a big old electric kettle for my pour-overs - this gooseneck kettle is a game changer. There is nothing like an object perfectly designed for its function, and this one is beautiful to boot. Initially I didn't want to bother with temperature controls - I buy good coffee and use a Chemex, but don't want to be too precious about my coffee, and generally I look for fewer bells and whistles, not more. But this kettle was so highly recommended that I went ahead anyway. I like that the temperature and other controls are so discreet - no flashing lights or anything else - you barely notice them. And so incredibly easy to use! I do sometimes make tea, so it is handy, after all, to be able to set the appropriate temperature. I have always enjoyed my morning coffee ritual, and now with a kettle perfectly designed for a pourover, I enjoy it more than ever. It doesn't hurt that it looks stunning either.

This kettle is essential for anyone who wants to master pour over coffee technique. With it you have control of the temperature and water flow.

Love this kettle. 2nd purchase. 1st one was bought in 2018-ish and started to leak from bottom. Only wish that the wood accent on handle matched wood grain color on the lid.

This is exactly what we wanted. A kettle that cooks (and does not burn) the coffee. That said, the features were unexpectedly good. The ability to pre-boil, heat the water to a certain temperature, and hold that temperature have been game changers. The guide that comes built in to advise on the temperatures based on the coffee cooking method was excellent. We love this kettle!

This kettle replaced my beloved kettle by another brand. I selected the Fellow to add the gooseneck spout and the upgraded aesthetics to my beverage counter. Although the pour is slower than I would like for tea it is perfect for pour over coffee. The time to heat, quiet heating at boil, and stay hot time are wonderful.

I gave this as a gift but got to use it myself several times. Love this kettle. It’s beautiful to look at, it’s easy to use, with its dial to set the temperature and the hold temp feature is nice. It has a very solid sturdy feel to it, unlike the kettle it replaced.

I’m a month in and struggling that is always seems to leak either at the lid or spout. I googled if this is common and I need to send back and got mixed reviews on what to do. Poor slower so I do that and it still leaks! Help!!

The use of this little powerhouse of a kettle is amazing. We use it for so many things in addition to great coffee and tea. Like making the perfect hot toddy or whipping up simple syrup in a snap! It's the only kettle I found in all white with a white cord to blend seamlessly in my kitchen with white subway tile backsplash and marble counterops.
