Product works as advertised. We had a flea show up on one of our kittens so we had to quickly treat the other cats in the house. No fleas!

I often wonder if targets Frontline is sent directly from the manufacturer. The product doesn't work well consistently. At the same time the fleas have started becoming resistant to the active ingredient. It also takes at least 3 months to get rid of the whole life cycle of fleas. You also have to vacuum and clean daily. I wish they would carry Frontline GOLD as it works a little better. I would rather use Rx meds but currently can't afford it. (Worked for vets for 20 years)

No, the formula for FRONTLINE® Plus for Cats is the same at all stores if bought directly from the store vs. a 3rd party seller.

Gave this to my adult cat who is well within the weight listed on the package. We gave him one dose every month for 3 months. It n the third dose my cat became very lethargic and started throwing up and just wasn't acting himself. Then he began turning his head to the side and losing control over his limbs. We had to rush him to the vet. He is stable but STILL also has fleas! He had a severe allergic reaction from this product. I do not recommend anyone give this to their cat!

I would give this zero stars if I would… long story short I added a kitten to my cat family and she bought fleas. No problem because I caught it early so I started the treatment and cleaned my house thoroughly as well as sprayed furniture. For one my cats never stopped scratching which means they still had fleas. I thought maybe it takes a while to kick in so I waited until 30 days but they were still scratching. We are now at day 40 I used the rest of the doses for a second round but I’m still finding fleas. This stuff sucks and I’m mad I wasted time and money on it because now I have to wait another 30 days before I can try something new. And because I wasted time the fleas have of course multiplied and now I’m scratching too

Product really doesn't work well! You need to get a prescription from your vet that is safe! You need to steam clean rugs, and mop daily! Wash pet bed and clothes! Use a flea comb as well soaking the comb in a drop of dish soap and warm water, then dry the comb! If cats are on your bed wash pillow and bedsheets daily! Fleas are a big job staying in check of them! Can't wait for winter!!!

Flea infestations problems are complex. The life cycle of fleas means that new adults can be emerging daily. If there are animals in or around your house that are not on a flea prevention product, then fleas will continue to be a problem. All animals around the house need to be on flea prevention every month. Non-domesticated animals like raccoons and opossums are visiting the places where your cats live can help feed fleas and allow them to lay eggs. All dogs and cats in the household need to be treated with a species appropriate product to fully control existing flea populations. Do not reapply FRONTLINE® Plus for Cats for 30 days. Use once monthly to break the flea life cycle. You are likely seeing NEW fleas on your pet, which are jumping on your pet as it moves through infested areas in and around your home. Depending on the severity of the existing infestation, you may continue to see new fleas jumping on your pet for three months or more. Effective flea and tick treatment for cats. Vet recommended. Easy to apply once a month. Keeps pets happy and healthy. Some cats might try to lick it, but a simple solution is to make kitty vest out of an old sock. Great product overall.
