Description

Defend your cat from fleas and ticks. Defend with Sergeant’s Guardian Pro - effective and affordable protection. Sergeant’s Guardian Pro Topical is a prevention for cats that kills and repels fleas and ticks for up to 4 weeks. Sergeant’s Guardian Pro is an affordable way to protect your cat from fleas and ticks. Always be sure to look at the label before applying. ONLY for cats weighing 6lbs or more, the contents of the package provides a 3 month’s supply. First, remove the product tube from the package. Holding tube with the top end pointing up and away from the face and body, cut off the top end. Use the open end to part the cat’s coat to expose the skin between the shoulder blades, at the nape of the neck. Finally, Squeeze the entire contents of one tube onto exposed skin. If the cat’s coat is subsequently wetted, such as when shampooing, the 4-week period of protection may be reduced. We're now part of the PetIQ family. We Are Advocates for Pet Parents. We believe that all pet parents should be able to provide the necessary care that enhances the lives of their pets. If I could give this ZERO stars I would. I applied this to my cat on Monday. It is now Wednesday and there is hair all over the house.

Absolutely Worthless

I got it because it was the only one Target had left in stock. It straight up doesn't work. It's greasy, it left my cat's fur all nasty and clumpy, and while she didn't have as severe of a reaction as other reviewers have described, she did lose hair where it was applied. And it doesn't even get rid of fleas. So now I'm combing my cat with a flea comb a few times a day and vacuuming my apartment like I have OCD while I wait until it's safe to apply a different medication

The absolute worst thing I have ever put on my cats. Both my cats lost clumps of fur overnight and I had to bathe both. One of my cats had a bad rash and the other had discoloration. I should have read the reviews beforehand. I don’t normally leave reviews but this product is horrible.

I wish I read the reviews before I gave this to my cat. Ever since I’ve given her it she’s been acting weird and drooling. It needs to be removed from the market.

DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CATS

I used the product exactly as instructed and I ended up having to bring both of my cats to the vet for an emergency visit. It'll be cheaper to go to the vet for a traditional flea treatment than this

I purchased this product as a temporary solution for my cat, as I've always used Frontline for my pets and my cats haven't had any adverse effects. I picked this trash up from the store after reading what must be AI-generated reviews promoting the product. DO NOT USE THIS ON YOUR CATS. My cat has scratched most of the hair off of the application site, and my vet was glad that I brought him in. My veterinarian told me that this is a common problem with this product, and I'm far from the first person they've seen with this issue. It can result in seizures and even DEATH. If you truly love your cats, please don't try and save a few bucks thinking this is a good product. You get what you pay for, and I hope to see Sergeant's go out of business.

Had to call poison control and emergency vet hotline. The product leaked down the back of the neck where my cats are able to reach and ingest. They have not stopped scratching and grooming since I applied it. I’m having to do multiple dish soap baths to remove the greasy chemicals from two cats that hate water! This product is costing my two arms and legs. Do not recommend.

This product made my cats feel I'll for several days. We washed them off and my cats still lost the hair where this product was applied. I'm still waiting to see if the bare spots are going to develop into a rash. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

Used about a month ago on my 20 year old cat who has had flea treatment before. Ever since his whole demeanor has changed and he wouldn’t let me pet him without flinching. Today he finally warmed back up to his usual self (a month later) and I realized he has a line of scabbing on his spine where I put the treatment. I’m upset and mad that my cat went through this, and it was undetected because I assumed he was acting off because of his age. Absolutely horrible product. Protect your cats and do NOT buy this product.

I rarely write reviews, but this stuff is awful! Doesn't work, leaves my cats skin greasy, and it bothers them so much. They have been jumpy and irritable since I put it on. Also, look at the possible side effects. Don't risk this on your cat.

Don’t look at this and think you’ll save money. Buy the quality item because as soon as I put this on my 3 cats they were so greasy looking and then developed what looked like burns. I took a warm towel to them to get it off..
