I use this prob not as directed lol but I style my daughter’s hair with it in the morning. It smells AMAZING! It doesn’t look oily and it’s perfect for a little added shine and to keep the fly aways at bay! I will keep buying this!

I have coarse curly 2c hair, low porosity. This did nothing to control frizz or much of anything.

I have multiracial curly hair and have spent hundreds of hundreds of dollars on hair products ranging from drug store brands to high end premium name brands over the years and have never found exactly what it was that I was looking for. On a whim I decided to buy this curl cream along with the moisture, anti-frizz, and curl enhancer boosters. THIS product was exactly what I've been searching for all these years! My hair is finally tamed (it's a miracle!), moisturized, my curls are happy and defined but not hard and crunchy, they are soft and shiny. My hair is less tangled than usual and my second day hair is still looking good! After I wash my hair (which is around x2or3/weekly) this is the only product I use, it works as a moisturizer and a styling cream that I can air dry and wear my hair natural with. It also has a very delightful scent. After having tried this, I plan on trying out the rest of the curly hair line. Be aware, this is for hair that is naturally curly, this will NOT make straight hair curly! I've seen other reviews saying it doesn't work but definitely does IF you have curly hair.

Made my curls dry frizzy and tangled. Even washed my hair with olaplex shampoo before to see if it helped but nope. Still dried the heck out of my hair.

I was gifted by function of beauty their super shape curl cream & allowed my mom to give it a try first on her color treated hair as well, and she loved how soft it made her hair feel as it was a bit dry before applying. She said it also made for a great foundational product before sleeking her hair down, so I’m so excited to try it out for myself really soon and give my opinion.

I bought this on a whim while in store because I saw the star rating. Had I had more time I would’ve noticed that the 5 star reviews are from people who were gifted the product. This left my hair looking DRY (I do not have dry hair) flat, frizzy and no definition. Had I had the time I would have rewashed immediately.

I love this stuff! I was looking for a natural silicone/dimethicone alternative to battle frizziness (especially in southern humidity this summer) and this has turned out to really do the trick! I’m so happy! It seems that aloe, flax, chia, and the usual curly hair fare make my hair more frizzy (and sticky) in humidity so most gels have been an absolute no for me. I also have very protein sensitive hair so I love that this has no protein, aloe, flax, etc. plus no silicones! Really hard to find! My only mild complaint is the scent isn’t my favorite (because I don’t like mangoes or tropical fruit that much, most will probably love it), but the scent fades quickly. I do wish it had a bit more hold for my wavy/curly hair but honestly I’m on day 3 and I was even able to brush my hair and it still feels soft and smooth and isn’t frizzy so that’s blowing my mind!

Flake city! I was so disappointed because I loved the scent and slip. It felt really nice on my hair. Then my hair dried and when I went to fluff my curls- flakes!

I'm an actual purchaser of this product and have not been 'gifted' this product by Target in exchange for a review. This product was terrible! It made my curly hair extremely dry, hard, flat. I've worn this three different days in-between my normal go to's. On days I used Function of Beauty Curl Cream my hair was a disaster and frankly I had to be embarrassed all day by how it looked. Would not recommend.
