Once they have been rotated, they cannot be used, so the rotation is just for locking the outlet and preventing them from being tampered with, when they are not actively being used. I bought this power strip around 7 months ago and it has worked perfectly so far. However, yesterday, it just stopped working. Nothing will charge on it and I have tried all types of fixes, but it is still dead. Unfortunate and disappointing because I rely on this power strip.

Worked fine for a few months, but I accidentally turned it off today. When I turned it back on, there were small shocks coming from it, and the lamp that was plugged into it started flickering on and off. In order to be safe, I unplugged the power strip from the wall and had to rearrange the room to accommodate the new lack of a power strip. I will probably not re-purchase this item.
