Q: How do you get the julienne blades to work? Looking at it from the back, it looks like the blades aren't aligned with the perforations
A: Hi anon, you can adjust the depth of each slice with the “S” turn knob (for use in Julienne mode or straight slice). The depths of slices you can choose from are roughly 2.5mm, 3.25mm and 4mm. The Julienne slices are roughly 4mm wide at any depth. Be sure to use the included food guide and use extra caution when slicing to avoid injuries Hope this helps!
