Hand Held Mandoline Green - Figmint™: Stainless Steel Cucumber Slicer, Dishwasher-Safe Kitchen Tool

I was tempted to buy because it looked cute. No reason to save the $4 difference between this one and the brand name which is superior to this one. It's hard to dial the the slicing thickness, it's not that sharp or easy to slice with. you have to rinse it right after use so nothing gets stuck to the back.

Cute little mandoline, it works pretty well and I really like the color. It's kind of hard to keep it all together, I thought the handle would snap in to keep it close but it all just slides around (which I guess is the purpose) but it would be nice if it'd be easier to keep it all as one.

Difficult to use. The top piece you slide doesn’t stay in place and the item just feels cheap.

I was so excited to get a mandoline! My kiddo eats fruits and vegetables like crazy—- and right now she’s into cucumbers. This gadget is a must have! I’ve used it for so many things! This mandoline is also dishwasher safe! The dial on the back is for adjusting the cut thickness! But you must be careful, the blade is sharp! You can use the food holder that’s included until you’re more comfortable!

This product is baddddd, doesnt event cut, i even tried manually sharpening the blade, and even then no luck. Horrible design.

I tried slicing several vegetables, using the various settings. The food was mutilated each time. I really, really wanted to like this, but I can't.

It’s cute but not super functional. The blade is very dull upon purchase. My husband was able to sharpen it at home and that improved it a lot.

Extremely dull blades rips at food - was only able to get 2 or 3 slices from this before it stopped cutting at all. It might be cuter than other units but it’s ultimately junk.

Easy to use with consistent slices however the safety hairs isn’t very sharp making is hard to push into the veggies and keep the stable

This was my first time using a tool like this. Worked fine for me. The handle for the food being sliced was not there, so that sucked. Other than that it was fine. Not wobbly like other reviews said.

This product got the job done. I needed to make Scalloped Potatoes for 30 people and this mandolin was a life saver. Make sure to use with the guard. I would definitely recommend this product.

Bulky, awkward to use as it felt loose and wobbly. Has multiple parts that come off. Blade came super dull. Cheap material and cheaply made. I don’t recommend this item and would opt for a better quality even if it costs more. Lesson learned.

Cute color but does a poor job on slicing. Not very sharp.

This is my first mandoline and I’m glad I purchased this for the price and quality! I’m a home cook and this was a great way to spruce up my salads (think thin sliced raw carrots!). I love the neutral green color and that it’s not clunky by design. It’s easy to use, too. I’ve been throwing it in the dish washer the last few months and it’s held up pretty well and is still sharp. Highly recommend if you’re a beginner mandoline user like me.

Love this little gadget. Works so well chopping/slicing vegetables and fruits so easily. Super easy to clean and rinse off. It’s not complicated to use at all. I will be using this daily. I love making salads and this will be a big help. Love the cute green color as well. Love this brand.

Color is nice, the adjustment mechanism is nice, but has one major flaw - the sliding hand guard doesn’t snap on to the mandoline. It slides right off. Compare to a Kyocera mandoline where the guard doubles as a blade cover.

This is a great item, especially for the price. I appreciate the ability to change the thickness of the slices and also the pronged holder that you can stick into whatever you are slicing (great safety feature). I would 100% buy again.

I actually had a plastic one exactly like this before but i like the material of this one so much more! The rotating dial to adjust the size of the slices is a little clunky but it works. For the clunkiness and the fact that the little piece to hold the item you're slicing never works, i gave it 4 stars. But i do love this little tool. I tested it out with zucchini. It slipped right out the minute it hit the blade when I used the included handle. I've always had that experience with these. I use my hands and am very careful when the veggies gets close to complete! I love this for when i don't have a lot to spice and don't want to get the food processor dirty. This is fast and easy to clean!
