A: Thank you for reaching out! All of our playards come with a mattress which has been designed specifically for the playard. For the safety of your child, we do not recommend adding any aftermarket mattresses or soft bedding to playards. Please be sure to review the manual for all safety guidelines prior to using your playard, and if you have question about safe sleep, please reach out to your pediatrician.

Q: Each of the two changing station bars are missing the locking button on one end of the bar. Is this intentional? The instructions say they are to snap in place and that is currently not possible.

I am very happy with our purchase. My daughter is having a baby very soon and we needed a space to change baby, a seat for infants, and a bassinet for her to sleep in. Our original Graco Pack and Play was a Godsend but this new one has it all!

This pack n play is a lot smaller than stated in description by several inches. It’s hard to find accessories that fit.

Accessories like changing tables, bassinets, and napper seats are not sold separately as a kit, and the parts for them are not universal or interchangeable. This pack n' play is easy to assemble and very convenient to travel with. It backs down in fit into one carrying bag that comes with and you can check it on the airplane which we love. Very durable and sturdy. Our baby loves it

This P&P is just okay IMO. Our baby liked the chair for maybe 6 weeks? After that, she did not enjoy being in it. We mostly use the changing table which has been a lifesaver. The worst part of the P&P is the infant insert to raise the mattress. It is not level and slopes down. If my now 4 month year old is not laying directly in the center, it caves on whatever side she’s laying on - not safe. We had to remove the insert due to this and place her at the bottom of the P&P and half the time she wakes up during transfer. Really wished the infant insert worked for us, what a waste.

i received this for my babyshower. And the warning label is placed 3 times on the front of the seat!!! unfortunetly I have no receipt for it (as it was a gift) and target will not let me exchange or return!!
