The description is a lie.... it does not come assembled. I had to struggle for an hour with arthritic hands to put the handles on. There is no reason that they could not have been put on since the packing would have protected them.

I bought this file cabinet for my husband for Father’s Day, which he loved. It arrived in perfect condition. He only had to attach handles which took about 10 minutes with a Phillips screwdriver. The key to lock was inside one drawer. I also bought letter-size hanging folders for the drawers, which fit perfectly. He is very happy and it looks great in the corner of his office.

I read about a lot of file cabinets before purchasing this one. Was looking for 3 standard drawers. Really wanted to find one where the drawers came out further, but this one does work good for your home. I put files that I don’t need to access often way to the back of each drawer. Did come with one small dent but not worth returning. Works great for home use.

Looks nice and serves the purpose. The handles really help the looks of the cabinet. I didnt have any of the issues that were stated in the other reviews. No dents and yes its light weight but to me that is a positive. My hanging file folders work perfectly. I would def reccomend for the price.

I really like the way the file drawers are made. The folders can be placed right in without having to buy a "file frame support". Also, the drawers are easy to slide, which are much better the than file cabinets I have had. There are very good. And I'll buy more. Thanks !!
