A: Hello and thank you for your question. Please follow these instructions to clean your tower fan: Clean the fan grill, housing, and base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not attempt to remove the fan blade. Use CAUTION around the housing area. Do not allow the motor or other electrical components to be exposed to water. Please also remember to: (1) Always unplug the fan before cleaning. (2) Do not allow water to drip on or enter into fan housing. (3) Be sure to use a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap solution. (4) Do not use gasoline, thinner or benzene as a cleaner. It's loud and my son liked it. He said it helped him sleep. Unfortunately It stopped blowing air right after not being able to return it. Such a waste of money. Clock works just have to take plastic off of battery. Other than that what the other reviews said is true. I wish I would have listened to them and returned it sooner.

It’s too loud. I don’t turn it on very much cause it rattles a lot. I’ve checked to make sure it's level and it still rattles. The clock doesn’t work

Little fan was the perfect solution for my husband's nightstand, or so we thought. After only 2 months, completely stopped oscillating. He only uses it at night when sleeping so not sure why it failed. And of course, Target took care of the issue and we were refunded. So off we go on finding something else. Great concept, just wished it would have lasted longer.

I bought this to use in my kitchen while I cook and it’s the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever purchased. After two weeks the airflow dropped, my husband oiled the bearings and then it worked again. Now after about two months of use it doesn’t do anything. I can turn it on and nothing, I highly don’t recommend.

I've had this for a year at my desk. I don't use it much but when I turned it on today the airflow had dropped significantly since last time I used it and it's squeaking now. Nothing is disturbing the airflow so there really is no reason for it to squeak. After smacking it a few times it actually stopped squeaking but it didn't fix the airflow. I wouldn't recommend this product. Also digital clock does not work.

Would give zero stars. Doesn’t push out and real airflow upon first try but kept it for my child’s room. Within 3 days the motor would run but no air would come out. Waste of money upgrade for a better more expensive one because you will have to replace it within a week anyhow.

This fan is loud! I would compare it to a kitchen mixer. The advertising on the box suggests it is great for a work space…..I would not agree! Also, if you were getting it for the backlighting on the clock….its a 5 second backlighting, following the pressing of a button. On top of that the clock is ONLY battery powered. Only the fan is electric. Something to keep in mind if the clock was persuading you! 😉 P.s. YES, I am a fan sleeper….the noise this fan makes is NOT a fan noise.

It does the job so far but it’s so loud and it clicks EXTREMELY loud every time it oscillates to the right. So annoying. It serves its purpose but it’s just hard to sleep with it on

Strong wind, and have 2 option for fan, one with oscillating with 3 speed, one no oscillating. For mu bathroom it's stron enough to keep dry. For this price I would recommend. Blue light for see times really helpfull. Hope review can leave videos as well.

I purchased two fans from two different stores and they both were defective. I don’t recommend buying one. I purchased one a year ago and it works great. I wanted another one and I was sorely disappointed.

The fan blows the air really well. I have to agree with a customer’s review that the clock on the fan does not work. I thought the fan was a timer fan not a fan we must turn it off on our own.

This fan is useless. You might as well get a piece of paper and fan yourself…you’d get more air that way. Even on the highest setting you have to be right in front of it to even feel a slight breeze. I took it back the day I bought it and bought a Woozoo that works great!
