The heating function has only one setting and it wasn’t very warm. Prefer multiple settings

I bought this for my husband because he has had some neck pain. He really likes it. It has really helped him.

I wish it got a bit warmer for when I am wearing a thicker shirt but the vibrations are so relaxing and it really helps loosen the tension I feel.

Love it! Easy to use and it’s not too hard on muscles. I have fibromyalgia and it loosens up my muscles in my back, spine and shoulders! It has several different settings also! Easy to fold up and not too heavy!

The heat portion still works but the vibration no longer works. Started going out after only 18 months and stopped at about 24 months.

It helps to relax my shoulders after a long day. It really works for me

I received this as a Christmas gift from my son and daughter-in-law. I'm elderly and have occasional upper back pain, so I tried it out at their urging to please them. The soothing heat and massage was pleasant but the heavy weight of this device was too oppressive for my shoulders. I returned the massager to my son, who I believe is able use it.

My experience with this item was bad. It vibrates the whole couch. Very noisy and takes to long to heat up. Also for me it was hard to operate. I sent mine BACk !!!

I ordered this and it was shipped to me right after Christmas to help with my pinched nerve in my neck and degenerative discs in my upper back. Unfortunately, it didn't do what it stated. The heat and massage didn't come close to touching my neck area at all.

Bought this several weeks ago I wanted more heat on my shoulders but this doesn’t cut it . Also the heat part could be hotter.

I bought a month ago and it has been one of the best things I have purchased, I come home from work and use every night, The heat and different massage cycles are wonderful for neck and back. It relaxes me and makes my back feel better. It is well worth the money.

I purchased this as a gift. My cousin has been using mine and loved it so I purchased her one so I could get mine back. She loves it as do I.

Features worked as described.... But does not heat well enough .

I love the vibration and heat combo but less than a year and the vibration has stopped working. So disappointing.

Like The Wonderful Comfort.

I have mid back pain, so I was hoping that the longer flap in the back would heat and massage that area. Unfortunately it does not, only around neck and shoulders. Disappointed, but it will be good for the times my shoulder acts up.
