The brush is not as effective as the previous models design. Also, the hose connectio to the cleaner head spontaneously disconnects and is difficult to reclip. The hose in previous models tears at this connection and this new models.design has not improved this weakness.

Has not been effective for me on my tile and hardwood floors for pet hair removal. It doesn't get in corners or along baseboards. I have always been a Hoover vac fan.

This vacuum has way too many flaws. Suction is terrible, hose constantly comes disconnected, bulky doesn't fit under furniture, hose doesn't extend for cleaning, no attachments, and battery dies fast.

So, because of the lack of suction and blowing around of hair, I have to make several passes over an area, therefore I am not able to clean very much before the battery dies. Then, because of the extensive time it takes to charge the battery; by the time it has re-charged so that I can vacuum the rest of my space, I need to re-vacuum the first space.

The expandable hose on the front the body to the roller brush attachment has broken again. This is my second vacuum of this model. I like the cordless and lightweight elements, but the little hose piece on the front has a cheap brittle plastic latch that fails, My husband has fixed it up with screws and duct tape, but come on! This is meant to be detatched to clear clogs, but it will not reattach or the flimsy piece breaks in your hand. Having spent over $200 twice now, I am not very happy. We are on a fixed income and I saved up for this.

Let me start with saying I bought this from Hoover.com w/ a 20% off coupon. No freebies..... I love this vacuum! Light weight and great suction. I am using it on 1000 sq ft of Hickory hardwood flooring with four pets, two dogs (Akitas) and two cats. We use it either dail7y or every other day. The best part about it is the edge lighting, Hoover nailed it! To best use this vacuum do it in a dark room and let the edge lighting work for you.....you won't miss anything! The edge lighting is that good. I run it on Medium power for 35 minutes and collect A LOT of hair. We easily empty the canister and put the battery on recharge. The battery on full charge should give 45-50 minutes at medium power. And it handles area rugs well too, not a deep clean but a great 'get the hair off the surface' clean. It's light, and easily maneuvered. I doubt we'll ever put it away,... We just keep it handy since it is so easy to use.
I will buy this vacuum again!

It was perfect to vacuum the rug in the living area and under the table after meals and the kitchen area! I use it around in the house! It has worked for 2 yrs with no major issues! I have to clean the bottom of it often as my hair is long and it gets clogged around the rotator. (That's an expected issue!). I use it nearly everyday. The rotator is starting to not go around so I'm soon to be buying another vacuum- I hope to get the same kind! Also the battery is still good and charges up the same as when I first got it!
I will buy this vacuum again!

They sent me a replacement warranty vacuum and the same issue with the second one. The suction tube is not replaceable part, so the vacuum is trash.
