    Breaks easily

    This vacuum broke within a couple of months. I bought it because shark is usually a decent brand and the sale was good, but it’s not worth the money. Now I have to get yet another vacuum because this one doesn’t suction correctly so it doesn’t clean anything.

    Was pleased at how well this worked

    I like the fact that this has settings for floors and carpets and the suction is very good. The spinning brush really picks things up out of the carpet, but in my case it’s low pile so I can’t say how it would do on something longer pile.. emptying the canister is easy. And the cleaning head swivels not just back-and-forth for easy navigation.. It’s also possible to get about 6 inches underneath a couch if you lower the body of the vacuum as you’re pushing forward. There’s a nice long cord.. seems well made and should be durable although it won’t take a beating like some older model “hotel” type vacuums will. I don’t like the fact that the on-off switch you have to bend down to engage it. This review is based on my first day of using the vacuum. I was shocked at how much came out of my carpets. Be aware that very light weight carpets that are more like mats you can’t clean because the suction just pulls them right up into the cleaning brush. Also having a HEPA filter is a plus.

    Terrible dont buy

    I actually hate this vacuum. I’ve owned many vacuums. This constantly gets clogged with most basic things that a vacuum should suck up like dust. If you are using the wand it constantly tips over. I don’t ever even write reviews but oh my gosh this thing sucks!!! I have to clean it out and unclog it constantly. Don’t buy it

    Awful "vacuum"

    If I could give it a zero star rating I would. This vacuum hasn’t been great since I’ve gotten it and today it just completely stopped working for me. I have cleaned the filters and brush and always stored it in my cleaning closet when not in use and it completely died on me while vacuuming a rug. Absolute garbage don’t waste your time buying this vacuum.

    Same your money and your sanity...don't buy.

    Terrible purchase. I have had to open this vacuum to troubleshoot more than any vacuum I’ve ever owned. I’ve only used it about 10 times. Now the brush won’t turn rendering it useless. Checked all clog points per guide and the belt seems intact. One other piece of terrible is it falls over anytime you use the handle wand for corners and edges, which was why I bought it. The engineer of this model should have to pay me for my hours of maintenance on a brand new vacuum. Tossing it to keep my sanity.

    Didn't last a year, but good suction.

    Worked great for about a year. I did have to constantly clean the roller and cut hair out of it, and it did get clogged quite a bit though. I liked the big tank that would hold a lot of debris. It started smelling like burning and made loud noises and stopped working in the middle of using it one day. Should last way more than 10-13 months… I do not recommend.

We called the shipping company they said a day ago it would be delivered before end of shift and they changed delivery date to yet another day.
