Q: I purchased this vehicle for my son for christmas. He has only played with it on Christmas day and now it will not work. The red light flashes on the remote however the vehicle no longer moves. What could be wrong?

A: Hi, Sorry to hear you are having a problem. I have contacted our technical team and they have advised that you try the following 1. Turn off remote and car 2. Ensure car is fully charged 3. Once the car is fully charged, turn it on 1st 4. Then turn on remote and allow it a few seconds to pair with vehicle 5. If this still does not work, ensure remote batteries are good If the above does not work the remote may be faulty. Q: Hi, where do I plug the usb in to charge the lithium battery? The red light on remote flashes but the car won't move. Do I plug into the actual battery or is there a place for usb charger?

Q: Can it go on sand? My family wants to take it to the beach for fun, but we don't know the outcomes or if its even made to go on the sandy environment.

A: Hi, I have checked with our technical team and they have advised the following, the Drift Twist will work in light sand that is not very deep. Sand can cause issues with the gears so if the Drift Twist is being using on sand please clean the vehicle thoroughly after use. If you need any more information please do not hesitate to contact us. My son absolutely loved this car and after a couple months the front right wheel just stopped working. He had only used it inside and when he finally took it outside to use he couldn't use it. The wheel lit up but wouldn't spin. Very disappoining.

I love everything about this car, it’s pretty solid and heavy so I know it’s quality. The color is amazing and it’s so much fun!! I don’t normally do reviews but my son loved so much as his Christmas present and I think it’s totally worth the money . I’m surprised with all the bad reviews here I thought I needed to share my great experience… my son is only 5 years old and he could play with it , there is also a music bottom that is my favorite, the car dances around by itself and plays different songs… the lights are awesome too! I’m so very pleased with this car

Stopped working almost immediately. Would not charge properly either. Quite an expensive gift to immediately stop working. I have a very sad 5 year old. To make matters worse it was a Christmas gift so it’s been opened and used and box thrown away so unable to return.

Christmas gift for son, NEW batteries correctly installed (orientation verified)in remote and rechargeable battery charged and installed. Big excitement & anticipation for the first drive and then nothing. Way to ruin a kid's Christmas with an inoperable broken product straight from the box. Returning product for a full refund.

Most of the buttons did not work and after 15 min of my son playing with the toy, it stopped working. I thought it was the battery that needed to be charged so tried it the next day and wouldn't respond to any of the controls but instead it just jerked.

My six year old son has had it for a few days now, he loves anything R/C and it’s not too hard for him to drive! We haven’t had any issues - it’s easy to use, the lights and sounds are fun, easy to charge and lasts a while when charged. It will even drive over his legs which he thinks is awesome. A perfect gift!

Tire failure

Really cool toy and our son loved it. We used it indoors only hoping it would last longer than some of the reviews mentioned. After a few uses, one of the tires stopped spinning. The toy can still be played with, but won’t drive straight forward or backwards anymore because of the locked wheel. That makes the controller really only work if turning in a circle. It is also a very loud toy with no option to turn off the sound. It’s a great concept, but something is faulty with the execution. There seem to be a lot of reviews about one tire failing to work after minimal usage.

Well... it worked. For a day. And then one of the wheels stopped turning. It's not very fast and completely disappointed my son as it was a gift he really wanted. Stay away dr the garbage. Two stars since it did last 18 hours.

it doesn't work like many others have said it has a mind of its own, I don't understand why it's being sold in stores a complete waist of money. Got my son excited for nothing, lights up but doesn't accept any controllings of the controller. smh annoyed

My son plays with this car in the home and occasionally outside. It drifts and also has a dancing feature which he loves. My one yr old daughter also loves the dancing feature. It holds a charge well. Do t understand all the negative reviews it’s a hit in our home. We have had it for over a month!
