I used to love the whole bean Classico however for the past several months the beans smell and taste different when brewed. Very "institutional " flavor that I can get in any cafeteria. I no longer purchase this coffee and switched to the Intenso whole bean blend. At least that still tastes good.

I brew the coffee in my 56 year old Bialetti Moka Pot. I rest it for 3 minutes before the first pour and drink it both straight and, at times, with cream and sugar. This is a full-flavored intense coffee with a discernible caramel finish: taste and smell. I've been drinking it for 2 years now and have recommended it to friends who enjoy a quality coffee experience. Five stars!

Thoroughly clean my espresso machine every time I try new coffee so flavors and taste don't cross mix leaving strange aftertaste so I know it wasn't my machine. Opened the sealed can and the smell wasn't that of fresh robust coffee but smelled similar to fish oil. I figured maybe it tasted better than it smelled and made an espresso anyway. This was bitter and horrible! Adjusted the grind settings on my machine to see if that would make a difference and still gross!! I'll stick with Blue Mountain Jamaica and Kauai coffee.

The cans were not pressurized at all. Beans had no aroma. I noticed pinhole with square tape patch at bottom of can. Very strange. Not what once was. They use to sell at Williams Sonoma and they were all pressurized cans. Something stinks in Denmark!
