Q: Why does it say you can be exposed to chemicals like lead and bi...something....is that from the stainless steel ? So is this unsafe ?
A: The “bi” (as in bisphenol) is in the plastics used, nothing to do with the stainless steel carafe used fir heating/frothing. Lead is in the internal electronic wiring solder points. This is the case with most electronics. With regular use, consumers will have no contact with the lead. Both are safe as used in this product.

Q: How long does it take to froth 8 oz of milk? And is this ETL listed?
A: Hello JDog1975. Thanks for your questions! The MagicFroth is ETL certified by Intertek. The unit doesn't have an actual timer, so how long it takes to froth would be based on the users preference. We hope this helps!
