  • A: Our JBL Vibe Beam doesn't have a built-in tracker. However, it has a feature that lets you track missing or lost earbuds using the "Find my Buds" feature in the JBL Headphones App. As long as the distance is at least 8 meters and is only operated via Bluetooth connection and not via GPS.

I bought these for use at the gym and they are not working out very well. The sound quay is vey good but they will not stay in your ear once you start sweating. I have tried various size tips but to no avail. After 20 minutes or so they start feeling loose and then will drop out. I almost lost one for good under the treadmill. I would not recommend them for use in an athletic situation.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Vibe Beam, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

They work for the most part. I have been using the right one almost daily for a year. The left one is quieter than the right one, and I have seen another review on this site saying the same thing, so that makes me think this is a common-ish problem. When the battery gets low there is a voice that says "BATTERY IS LOW" and it is SO LOUD. I have asked support if this low battery warning can be made quieter and they said there is no way to make the warning quieter. Scares me every time it yells in my ear "BATTERY IS LOW". Would have looked at different options if I knew the left one wouldnt work as well as the right, and if I knew about the deafening low battery warning

This is a safety feature designed to protect battery health by preventing full depletion. Regarding the reduced volume in the left earbud, please verify the audio balance settings. This control allows you to adjust the relative volume of each earbud. Make sure the left/right balance is set to the center or default position. You can typically access this setting in the playback or equalization (EQ) settings of your music player app, or alternatively, in the JBL Headphones app. For further assistance, please contact us.

I’ve had these headphones for about three months and they’re the worst I’ve ever owned. It says 32 hours of battery life but that’s a blatant lie. Even when disconnected and turned off, the battery in the charging box is constantly draining, and when the charging box dies it turns on the headphones so they die as well. You have to charge them every night, don’t waste your money and go buy better headphones.

I wish these fit better. I've tried all the different fit adapters and the left ear keeps popping out. They sound great but with the left ear continuing to pop out the days coming where it will drop into a place I can't get them out of. An ear hook adapter would be handy.

The sound is terrible, like a tin can. Even the Extreme Bass mode has the bass muted compared to the treble. None of the three tips for the earbuds fit well; they fall out constantly. It's no wonder they were on sale for half off when I bought them.

The sound is just fine, the look and feel is great. I find them very comfortable to use for extended periods of time. The only issue I have with the design is removing the buds from the case. They are extremely annoying to remove.

I never could use it because it never fit in my ears. The design is wrong. Apple ear buds fit perfectly but JBL is falling off with the smallest size cap, and I figure it out it’s because of the design. JBL is very good speaker brand but they need to work on ear buds design mechanism!!!

Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. Prolonged wear in small ears (using the smallest provided silicone ear bud) is painful. This earbud is bulky and not good for small ears.

Easily one of the worst pair of earbuds I've ever owned. I got them less than a year ago and it has been non-stop issues with them. First: I couldn't get the gel tip off to put one of the other sizes on so I just got used to the discomfort. Second: The sound kept getting quieter and quieter. Now, I have to turn them all the way up just to hear my music at all. Third: The charging on the case is spotty at best. The earbuds will be in the case and disconnected from the case charger. This will have my phone disconnect from my car bluetooth or automatically connect to the earbuds when I'm trying to listen to music out loud. When I try to reconnect my phone to whatever device I was listening to, the earbuds will just override that again when they disconnect from the charger. This makes me have to go into my phone's settings just to unpair the earbuds from my phone for a couple of hours. Additionally, due to the spotty charging, they're rarely fully charged and I have to blow in the charging hole every five minutes to get them to connect to the charger for any period of time. They're never immediately available when I would like to use them. I really never leave bad reviews and have loved all other JBL products I've ever owned, but dealing with these issues over the past 11 months finally got to me.
