Q: why does the plate wobble? It doesn't sit on plastic ring with wheels

A: mine does the exact same thing. thankfully I saved the old plate from old microwave and its good now but loud. I will compare the plates to see what the diff is.

A: The legs are very slippery. when pull or push the handle it slides all over. I did get double sided tape.

A: Press the Power Level pad once (default 100% power level), and then use number pads to set other power levels. For example, press 9 to set the power level at 90%, 1 to set the power level at 10% or press 10 to set it at 100% again.

Q: When I reheat for 20 sec it stops with 8 seconds left. Is that because the food is already hot? Like an auto off thing? I have no manual.

A: It could automatically stop during operation if it overheats. Please try using other cooking menu other than the reheat to see if you experience similar issue.

A: Yes, the child lock can be disabled. Push the 0/unlock pad for 2 seconds. When the displays says LOC, press 7 than 9. The pad will then say ULOC and the buzzer will beep once. It is then disabled.

I bought this microwave last year, and within days of falling out of warranty, it stopped working. This is what so many others have said, apparently. I called customer service, and they said there is nothing they can do about it. Then they had the nerve to say, "Is there anything else I can help you with?". I have bought so many Kenmore products. Never again. Target should be reading these reviews and looking out for their customers.

It's soooo small. The door doesn't open well at all, and, the whole thing is off balance and uneven during to manufacture make on the legs on the bottom. Absolutely Horrible!! RETURNING!

It did heat a 12 oz. Cup of coffee from cold to hot in 1 minute. The turn table is so loose like it doesn’t fit the turn gear properly. Like it’s the wrong table for this model. We’ve had it 2 months and are returning it to the store tomorrow. Today was the final straw. The stop button is very had to push in enough to stop the cooking. And the feet are too slick. You have to hold the unit from sliding when you open the door.

The turntable wobbles and the ring slides out. It seems like it is the wrong size maybe. I have not been able to fix it and I have made sure it's lined up correctly, etc. Otherwise it works but I cannot recomment it.

Bought brand new, first couple times I used it would have a huge electric zap near or around it. There’s no metal near the microwave to explain any arcing. I was honestly scared using in the chance I would get electrocuted. I wish I saw these reviews before I bought it… not worth the money.

Just purchased this microwave, pulled it out of the box, plugged it in and nothing. No damage noticeable, just didn't start up. Should have listened to the other reviews. I will be looking for a different brand.

This microwave died in less than a year and a half. A few seconds in to warming up pancakes, it gave a huge pop and lost power. My last microwave, Sunbeam, lasted for 20 years. I will never buy another Kenmore product.

Don’t buy this. After daily use for 3 months (almost to the 90th day of purchase) the door panel came off. We were able to fix it, but it was never the same. Complete waste of money.
