This is the second of this model coffee maker I've purchased. The first lasted two months before the motor smelled like it caught fire and burned out. The second lasted three months and did the same thing and the smell of burning was even worse. Each of the two coffee makers were not used more than 5 or 6 times before the motors blew out. Because I thought I was buying a quality product I did not purchase a warranty, HUGE waste of my money!

My trusted 10+ yr old keurig finally gave out and I needed an emergency replacement. This has a much smaller footprint so I got counter space back! I love that it’s hot and ready to brew as soon as you pop a kcup in there. Hopefully this holds up just as long!

My Keurig coffee maker stopped working after 4 months of use. I contacted Keurig Support and because it was still under warranty, they shipped me a new replacement. Easy, peasy! 😊

Our past 4 Keurig Coffee Makers have not lasted long enough to warrant the price that they cost. I’m in great hopes that this machine lasts longer than just under 2 years. We love the taste of the coffee that the Keurig makes but if the machine doesn’t last any longer than the last ones have….it'll. be our last.

I got this to replace an identical one that lasted about a year. This one lasted only a few months. Like the last one, it's stuck displaying add water when it already has water and won't brew coffee. Giving up on Keurig machines.

This is our 3rd orx4th replacement as the previous Keurigs stopped working. The last one was dangerous as it shot out steam when it stopped working. Glad I was not too close to it. Only positive, replacement is sent when they stop working.

I have a big bulky Keurig machine that has lasted me at least 15 years and it's still working great. Got the same one when I opened my business and it lasted 11 years and was starting to cut out after brewing one cup but would work again the next day. So I decided to buy this one as it was nice and small. We don't even use it every day and it lasted 15 1/2 months. The descaling light went on, we had bought the kit with the product and were in the process of doing the whole descaling process when it just died while running the rinse cycles. I called about it but "oh well, it's over a year so too bad soo sad" was the response (obviously not in those words). They would send me a 35% off coupon which I could use towards another one. Still have not seen it 1/2 an hour later. I am not going to be buying another Keurig if this is the quality of their machines now. I will be looking at other company options. Very disappointed in the product.
