Q: It says that the color of this Keurig K-Supreme Plus Smart Single-Serve Coffee Maker is "black"but it is actually black stainless that scratches easily. Are all of this type black stainless?

Q: None of the buttons work on the machine (like strength size, favorite, etc. I can push hot water for a brew but can't increase strength or temp. nor can I use the over ice feature. how do those work

This replacement is way better than the first Keurig Supreme Plus SMART i recieved, but it still has hiccups. Sometimes it makes 4oz instead of the 8oz cups... sometimes only 2oz. It literally has a mind of its own. I'll try it couple more times before I give up on it...wastes alot of my pods. :(

The temperature feature doesn’t seem to change. I looked up the temperatures for each setting and tried the standard vs the hottest and it was the same. Super bummed as that’s always been my biggest complaint with Keurigs not being hot enough

I had an EPIC for years but the newer ones were much lighter so I began looking to the SMART Series and purchased at Keurig. I really like this unit and hope it lasts as long as the old EPIC.

I have had several Keurig brewers and the K-Supreme is, by far, my favorite! It brews with more flavor and I've been very impressed with the smart feature which identifies the K cup that's used. I enjoy mine and will continue to purchase these brewers!

I love Keurig, but this particular brewer I have had more problems with than any other ones that I’ve ever owned. If they have to do another warranty replacement I’m gonna ask him if they will give me a different one.

I like the Keurig coffee brewer. The coffee is delicious and very hot. I’m not so sure I will ever use the Smart function. I’m not sold on the benefits. I already get a monthly delivery of kpods. On a monthly basis I see what’s available and change things up a bit. Also, I order kpods for our second home, so you can understand why it may not be the best option for us.

Thought this was a “Smart Plus” Keurig yet for 10 years the Office Keurig makers knew when a cup was under the pod and would not make coffee if a cup was not there. Takes very little tech to determine this especially when there is already electronics & WiFi inside. This model makes coffee regardless of a cup there or not. That said, the Supreme Smart Plus is just “OK”.

I've had this for a few weeks. I like the app connectivity, and the ability to brew differently according to which K-Cup is selected. But my brewer has multiple flaws. Not sure if it's just my machine, in which case a warranty claim needs to be made, or if it's systemic. Specifically the flaws are: 1) Miscalibrated water amounts. 8 ounce setting yields 9 1/2 ounces, 10 ounces setting yields 12 ounces. This is as measured after brewing a K-Cup. 2) About 1 time in 5 it fails to read the QR code on the K-Cup. 3) About 1 time in 20 it brews about 1/4 ounce of water, stops, and then tells me to remove the used K-Cup.
