Haven’t even had for a year! Stopped working! I am so upset. So expensive! Wish I never purchased! Very heavy and only a two slice toaster

Found this on sale at my store and bought because of the name brand. It toasts unevenly. I also dislike the “keep warm” feature. Very heavy toaster. Crumb tray at base doesn’t allow much to escape for cleaning. Nothing special enough about it to justify price.

This toaster is not worth it. It broke after a few uses and one side stopped workng in just a month. It's a letdown for price.

This toaster is beautiful. It is automatic everything. I love the way it drops the toast down for you and keeps it warm if you can't remove it right away. Expensive? Yes. But a treat if you can afford it.

Bought this toaster in Jan 2024 and by May 2024 it decided to have a mind of its own go Up and down whenever it wants…I will be returning this!!!!!

After 4 months this thing started turning on and off on its own with nothing in it. Constantly have to unplug it after each use. For 300 dollars save your money and get a different toaster. I got mine replaced under warranty and same issue with the new one months later. Definitely a flaw and kitchen aid refuses to address the issue.

I love the toaster for how it looks and it does a nice job toasting, but it just randomly started turning off and on all the time. We have to unplug it after every use. As expensive of a toaster as it is, and the fact we’ve only had it for four months seems a bit ridiculous for it to be broken already

It’s a beautiful foster but it randomly started turning itself on. Nothing in it, near it, etc. and it just “bings” on and lowers the tray and starts heating. It’s a fire hazard for sure and for a nearly $300 toaster it shouldn’t be buggy like this after only 3 months of ownership and very minimal usage. Returning this asap and buying a smeg.

It’s big, but I love it. Super cool how it automatically brings your toast down, then if you don’t get to it , it’ll keep it warm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a huge fan of Kitchen Aid products, they are made well, work amazing, and last for years and years. I fell in love with the color and texture of this toaster and just had to have it! The color is a dark forest green with a very pretty almost rough texture which makes it look elegant and expensive. Keeping up with all the other KitchenAid products I own, this toaster does not disappoint. It has a wide range of toasty-ness, and options to reheat, frozen, bagel etc. The toaster slots are huge! I have been able to put Texas toast, fat bagels, and even a whole grill cheese sandwich inside. The absolute best part of this toaster is the fact that its automatic! As soon as you drop your bread of choice in, the toaster automatically lowers it down. When it is finished, it automatically raises it up. I might add, that it raises the toast pretty high. I have 3 little girls who have always been freaked out about getting burnt by the toaster trying to get their waffles out. But with this toaster, they have no need to reach down and potentially burn themselves. Its fantastic! I absolutely love this toaster, and I've already bought another one for my mother for Christmas. Must buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this toaster for the past few months. It is definitely a better toaster than the ones I’ve had before. Some of the features include no handle as once it senses items in the slots, it automatically begins the toasting cycle. Another feature I like is that if you don’t grab your items right away, it automatically starts a warm only cycle. The only think they could’ve done better is have a button that would raise the toast up higher as some items, like English muffins don’t raise above the top of the slots.

I have It set on 3 1/2 for regular toast and 4 on bagels. If you are busy when It is done toasting It will go back down with out toasting It any further to keep It warm for you. Love the design and cool color. Tray on side makes It easy to clean crumbs out. Toasts bread great!

This toaster is so well made and heavy duty that it will probably be the last toaster I will have to get. This toaster is not like your average toaster. Most toasters you put your bread in and push the knob down. This one you put your bread in and it senses it and it goes down automatically. It's pretty amazing. Just like other toasters it has all the functions, darkness, bagel, frozen, a little longer, and a cancel button. I find this toaster to be very modern and different. Really love the color and all around look. I really love this toaster and highly recommend it.

It has lights on the front to indicate the level of toasting desired and it also has noises to let you know it's locking the bread in place or when it is finished! Easy to clean and fun colors to choose from!

It's honestly amazing being able to simply place the toast into the toaster and it goes down on itself and really does toast the bread to perfection. And will also keep the toast warm if you don't pull it out in X amount of time. It's really an awesome feature. No more burning toast! There are also different settings for other types of breads to go in there. Highly highly highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color and smooth design of this toaster! It is a little larger that some versions and brands, but it is not an eye soar like many. I also love the "a little longer" button feature that allows me to add the perfect amount of extra time without having to do a completely new toast. It's also great for bagels. I also like the "frozen" toasting option because I can put frozen toast in there, and it gently defrosts and toasts! It's a superior toaster!
