About what I expected for a fairly inexpensive toaster. I specifically bought this one for the bagel feature which I assumed would toast on only one side. I was wrong in my assumption.

Simple, compact, and effective in a way that meets pretty much every need I have from a toaster. I replaced an older one with this, and I love the dial that lets me tailor the toasting level so precisely, with a nice even finish. Highly recommend.

This was a highly rated toaster and it was considered good value for the money. However the toasting over the side of the bread and between the sides of the bread is pretty non-uniform. The sides facing the center are pretty well toasted on the top 2/3. The side facing the outside are more lightly toasted on the top third compared to the inside faces, and only exhibit minimal color change on the bottom third

I received one as a Christmas gift and loved it! I loved it so much I purchased another one for our vacation home and love this one also. Great toaster for the price. Takes a little while to decide which number to use depending on what you are toasting, but once you are happy with that, everything else is great!

bought this toaster because the store did not have an Oster toaster. It's okay but I'm waiting to see how long it will last. My Oster toaster was over 20 years old.

I got this product because my previous toaster was only toasting one side. This one seems to have a hot spot on each side that toasts the pieces a little more than the setting

This is a good toaster. What I especially like about it is the reheat feature. The only thing you should take into consideration is that even the three on the dial might burn your food. This toaster is very hot even on the first few dial numbers. My toast was burnt just from putting the piece of it on top (not in) of the toaster with defrost pushed and on number 2. Good toaster, just keep it being hot on mind. 👍

It toast bread very unevenly. On side is burnt and the other side hardly gets toasted. Also on the same side of the bread it unevenly toasted.

I am now returning my second one and now asking for a refund rather than another replacement. It continually burned our toast no matter how low the setting. The last one toasted one side of the bread perfectly and burned the other side. Very disappointing as we have been using this brand for years.

Quite happy so far though a niece had the same toaster and said it didn’t last long with elements burning out. I especially like the extra “rise” feature to allow smaller that usual toasted items to rise to where they can be handled…and also the extra wide slots for bagels. The “max” setting, too, gives me the very dark toasting that I like. And a minimum of effort is required to lever down the items.
